This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 8 and is designed for your ultimate relaxation. Step out onto your private, large front deck to enjoy breathtaking gulf views, complete with a dining table and Adirondack chairs for soaking in the sun.

The condo complex is a low density building (only 48 units), so you'll enjoy a more private beach experience with fewer crowds on the white sands, compared to larger condo complexes!

Seaside Serenity is located close to restaurants, stores, entertainment, and more! There are two gulf front pools (one heated pool in the cooler months) and two small kiddie pools (not heated) and is just a short walk down the boardwalk to the beautiful sandy beaches.

On-Site Parking:
★ $30 parking pass per vehicle, per stay (2 vehicle maximum), paid cash at the guard stand.
★ Per HOA rules, no trailers, campers, attachments, and motor homes, etc. in the parking lot.

House Rules & Policies:
★ No Pets
★ No smoking/vaping (inside or outside)
★ Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years of age
★ No parties/events
★ Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.
★ Mandatory Mid-Stay Cleanings: For stays longer than 8 nights, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning service (including fresh linens and towels) is required for an additional fee.
★ Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement and a copy of your ID are required within 24 hours of booking. Names and ages of all guests must be provided.

Check out instructions:
* Please do not wash bed linens or bath towels. Please hang used bath towels on towel hooks or shower rods to air dry.
* Leave the beds unmade. No need to strip them.
* If you used the sofa bed, please leave the bed out (don't fold back into the couch)
* Clean out refrigerator and make sure you've collected all your personal items. Please double check all drawers.
* Load the dishwasher and start it.
* Empty all the trash from the kitchen and bathroom trash cans. There is a trash chute to the right of the front door. All trash must be bagged.
* Please make sure all balcony doors are locked (door handles pointing down) and front door is securely locked. If you used a physical key, please place it back in the lock box in the staircase and make sure it closes properly.
