Take your wine out on the balcony to watch the sunset. The master bathroom has been fully renovated too. Relax in the new jetted tub or jump in the glass walk-in shower that hosts multiple shower heads, new tile, and a new bathroom granite countertop.

The kitchen has a fridge with an ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, single-serve Keurig, and a complete set of dishes, pots & pans, glasses, silverware, measuring cups, etc. Don't worry, we have you covered in the kitchen just with coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, and additional seasonings.

Sienna is a well-maintained 12-story gated condominium that has permanent residents living here. This unit is located on the 6th floor. Security is a high priority with 24-hour security and cameras. This property allows just a few short-term vacation units. So, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
You will feel right at home the moment you walk in the door. The residents and guests enjoy an updated outdoor infinity pool, a pool deck, and an indoor pool with a hot tub. You can look out and view the ocean from the infinity pool waterfall. The premise includes an outdoor grill, lounge chairs, and a gazebo for entertaining. Before you start your day at the beach or pool you can work out in the gym on the premises. Or you can walk or jog the 26-mile sidewalk along the beach.
