Gorgeous ocean view suite with one bedroom, two full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. This newly renovated single-story unit is 500 square feet with a private entry and ocean-view deck. Easy walk to downtown Cayucos and the pier, and one short block from the closest beach access. One bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Living room has a twin bunk bed and a sofa with pull-out queen bed. Boogie boards and soft-top surfboards available for guest use.
We have a five-guest maximum set since this suite is well equipped for families; however, please limit to four adults maximum.

Our family has been in Cayucos and the Central Coast since the 1970’s. In the early 2000’s we lived a few blocks away from the Sea Gull Motel. We routinely walked by the property, dreaming about a future that intersected with this unique spot. In 2022, our family got the opportunity to become the stewards of this small-town gem. We have completed extensive renovations, bringing a new life to this historical gathering place. We are excited to be the home-base for your beach vacations and priceless memories with family and friends!

This location is easy walking distance to downtown and two of the best beach access points in town. It is the perfect launching spot for a central coast adventure, or you can ditch your car during your entire stay and walk to all the main attractions.

The Sea Gull Motel was the first motel in Cayucos. The eight original rooms were renovated to become two large one-bedroom suites with covered patios. Interior renovations included high-end upgrades like hardwood and tile flooring, ceiling fans, full kitchens, and more. The historic facade and style remains, making this property an eye-catching gathering spot for making new memories.
