Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3 The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass NO LSV RENTALS ALLOWED
Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE with this rental. Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you purchase & arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities. What's Included after SIC Amenity access is purchased & set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool. What Costs Extra after Amenity access is purchased & set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants
The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA). Lake House Only access can also be set up for this property, if the renter does not want to purchase SIC Amenity Access via the link we provide.
