Great location for easy access to Main street in Moab, but far enough away to be very quiet. Plenty of close by street parking. Useful and well maintained free onsite laundry machines. Good follow up by host to replace a lightbulb.Host's emails were timely and informative. Useful and accurate website with area's activities and restaurants.

Can't beat the location of this flat. Perfect for 1-2 people looking to stay a few days and explore Moab. Easy to walk into town straight from the front door. Room was clean and the kitchen had what we needed for our stay.

The Downtown Escape had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the information about things to do in the Moab area and the hiking booklet. We took advantage of two of the restaurant suggestions. As a place from which to launch visits to national parks and hikes, it was perfect.

Excellent stay

Property listing was accurate, very comfortable with everything that we needed. We used this very cute place as a launchpad for area National Parks. So easy and restful to come back to after long days of adventure!

We appreciate having a VRBO that is close to downtown, but it has a good kitchen so we could prepare most meals. It is cute and up to date with nice furnishings and decor.

Perfect stay at The Purple Sage Flats

You can feel the love and care that went into this place. Cool furniture, decor, dishes and outdoor space. The hottub was clean and great after hiking and biking. Hope to be back next year.

Perfect in every way

This rental was perfect in every way. Clean, comfortable, location, and amenities. We loved that there was a place to store bikes. We were within walking distance to downtown. We would stay here again definitely.
