Great stay for our family with kids! Everything was as described and better. Walk to the beach was super short and easy and the pool was the perfect size. Kitchen was also outfitted with everything we needed. We will be back!

We had a group of 3 families and had a great experience! Plenty of room for everyone, the house was clean and well stocked, and close enough for everyone to enjoy the beach or pool throughout the day. Would definitely recommend The Barracuda!

Lovely place to stay

2nd year we have been to the Cape and stayed at the Barracuda. Perfect for our family. Enjoy the pool, the short walk to the beach. Great living area for fun, dining, cooking, games… The elevator worked perfect this year. The residents before us did not leave the beach chair area clean. We made sure it was clean for the next guest. Also the propane tank was not full. We did get a new tank. The next family will be ready to cook out. Would recommend the Barracuda to anyone.

Wonderful family vacation home

Our family of 14 stayed here a week in June.We absolutely enjoyed everything about the house. The finishes inside the house are new and beautiful. We enjoyed the large showers!Even though the home is not right on the beach, we still enjoyed wonderful views especially from the top balcony just off the kitchen and family room. There is also a great view of the bay on the balcony off the other side of the kitchen. The ice maker was used daily and much appreciated. The elevator was the best amenity in my opinion! It made bringing in luggage and carrying groceries up to the kitchen easy! The children and the adults really enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. We only had one issue while there with the air not working on the top floor towards the end of the trip but the owner was quick to send someone out (which was appreciated) and it was an easy fix!The home is located in a very attractive area of Cape San Blas with a wide beach area. Our family had plenty of room to stretch out with all our tents and umbrellas. If you have a large group, this is the house!

Wonderful place to stay for our large family! Very clean and well stocked. Communication with the owners was easy. There were many beach amenities available and the location was great. We would definitely stay there again!

Girls trip

Our girls trip of 16yrs at the beach and this place was one of my favorites! Elevator made it extra great for 7 older ladies 60-65. Our 54 yo friend was pleased too ! Kinda cold for pool but hot tub was nice . Beach was beautiful , not directly on beach but own path, board walk easy access . Would like to go back again .

Gave an overall rating of OK, due to the elevator not working. We had several people that needed the elevator due to the four floors but it wasn't working and it adversely impacted our stay. Very disappointing. But the location and layout were good.

Beautiful place and location!

We had an amazing week at The Barracuda! We had 4 families vacationing together and it was plenty of room for all of us. The upstairs had a great layout that gave us enough space to all eat together, play games, and relax. The large balconies were amazing for coffee in the morning and taking in the view. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was beautifully decorated, it had a great beachy feel. The pool was amazing and the proximity to the beach was great. The beach chairs, wagon to take things to the beach, and pool floaties were great extras. The owners were very responsive when we reached out with questions. Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach home with us!

Absolutely the best home we have ever stayed in

This home was extraordinary. It was pristine. The layout was perfect. The main living area provided space and allowed us all to be together. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was a wonderful place to gather, float and stay cool. The beach access was very easy to get to on the ramp. As you said the walkway needs repair and plant growth needs to be trimmed. We have booked again for next year!!

Amazing beach home!

Our family of 13 (8 adults and 5 children) had a fantastic vacation in Cape San Blas! The Barracuda is an amazing home that exceeded our expectations! The layout is great for a group, the design and furnishings are exceptional and the location is perfect (easy, short walk to beach)! We loved the pool and sitting on the upper deck watching the waves! Thanks so much for sharing your beach home with us!
