Beautiful home. Kim was very responsive to any questions and concerns which is always very helpful. The set up of the home was wonderful and beach access was amazing. Would stay here again!

This house was perfect for our large family gathering. Each bedroom has its on bath which is wonderful. The kitchen is the best equipped of any rental we’ve stayed in and the pool and hot tub is nicer than many residential pools. The management was very responsive. We would definitely rent this house again.

This trip was for my husbands 80th bday celebration with 12 family members. The house was perfect for this many people, very comfortable and great access to the beach. The host was very easy to work with and very attentive to the minor issues we had while staying at the house. I would highly recommend this property to future renters.

The house was perfect for our annual family beach vacation! Definitely the nicest home we have had the pleasure of staying in, and plenty of room for all fourteen of us. Kimberly was great also. We hope to book again in the future!

Beautiful home and location! House was very spacious and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were a great addition to the beachside views. Homeowner was super responsive and communicative. Very family friendly and great for a group to gather. Lots of beach chairs and toys. Kitchen was very well stocked. We will definitely be back!

Amazing place

The pictures do not do the house justice. The house is Gorgeous. The views are amazing. The house was everything we wanted and more. I would definitely recommend this place for a family vacation.

Beach Vacation

Great location, right on beach, we had 7 adults,2 kids, 2 babies. Bedrooms all worked out, main living area, porch all worked well to spread out. Kitchen well appointed, elevator easy to work, boardwalk needs some repair. Would come back.

Beautiful Beach House

This beach house does not disappoint! It is as beautiful as the pictures and the cleanliness is top-notch! The house is very well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs that were not rusty or in poor condition. It was everything we wanted in a vacation rental and I hope it is available the next time we travel to Cape San Blas. I would love to stay there again!

Great location and view from master bed

Kimberly was very helpful throughout stay and accommodating. The house was clean and well appointed. Best part was the unobstructed view from the master bed of the ocean. You can go to the ocean right from the master bed. There were enough beach chairs for 8+. The kitchen, dining and family rooms are on the third floor, with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd which worked out great for our family. The house is 10-min from downtown Port St Joe where all the restaurants are. There is also a BBQ place 2 min away, and some food options on the other side of the inlet (also 10a-min away).
