This can be rented as a full 5 bed 3.5 bath cottage. Please note that this listing is for 3 bed 2 bath that is connected to 2 bed 1.5 bath via a door.

Hike or bike to Johnny Cash trail to enjoy a picnic with spectacular views of Folsom. Or take a stroll in the Old Folsom downtown area.

Good Location and dog friendly

We found this home to fit our needs for our recent stay in Folsom, CA. We appreciate the dog friendly atmosphere for our dog as she really liked the dog bed that was provided and trails close by for dog walking. This home is not only inviting, but close to shopping and activities in the area in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Wasn't Quite Ready For Guests

The property owner was mid renovation and landscaping projects when we checked in, and so the home was pretty dusty. It also didn't seem like it had been cleaned since the last renters because the floors and counters were dirty. My family went through and cleaned everything before coming inside. The hot water didn't work in the bathroom, and there was no lock on the back door ... So security was a concern. The garage couldn't be accessed. The positives though, we're that the Internet was Super fast, the beds were comfy, and the neighbors were the nicest people. It is also very close to everything. I just wish the home had felt more comfortable to be in. Maybe once the renos are done.

Great House and Pet Friendly

We loved this house. So very comfortable and had everything we needed. Very pet friendly with a great yard. Perfect patio for dinner outside or coffee in the morning. Will definitely stay here again when in Folsom. Hosts were the best !!!!

Folsom Stay

Very thoughtful hosts. They had everything we needed in this nice, clean house to make our stay comfortable. Communication was excellent. Check-in and check-out were easy. Would stay here again.
