Welcome to Ocean Mist I, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom multi-level townhome located just two houses from the oceanfront in the heart of Mission Beach. Perched on the third floor, this coastal retreat offers incredible white-water ocean views, sweeping city and bay vistas, and an unbeatable location near Belmont Park. Comfortably sleeping 6 adults and 2 juniors, this home is ideal for families or small groups seeking an elevated beach experience.

You’re only steps from the sand and boardwalk, with easy access to surfing, biking, dining, and nightlife. Walk to Belmont Park, grab coffee nearby, or enjoy sunset strolls along the coast—everything Mission Beach has to offer is right outside your door.

Ocean Mist I occupies half of the first floor and the entire third floor, offering privacy, views, and a thoughtfully designed layout. Access is available via a private interior staircase and a gated exterior stairwell.

No roller blades, skates, bikes, scooters or surf boards in house or on deck. Please store these items in the garage.
Do not use bath towels for beach use, beach towels have been provided.
Please clean BBQ Grill after use and turn off propane tank.
Trash cans must go out to the street on Monday Night.
Recycling is picked up every other week.

Proximity to Belmont Park great for families

A little confusion on check in as codes were not correct but was able to get that sorted out rather quickly. Great location, easy access to beach, Belmont Park and the patio shower is great for rinsing off. the downstairs bedroom is perfect for kids. Only issue was how scented the laundry was (sheets, pillows, towels). I know some people love the strong scent of detergents but we are sensitive too it. Might keep that in mind. More and more we are finding they scented detergents aren’t good for skin nor allergies. That being said, we still would stay here again and if we can find another family or two would get both units as it is a great location.

Had a fine stay, the codes to front door and garage door weren’t working acouple times but got it figured out. Had a bad experience with the refundable damage fee, it was supposed to be refunded 14 days after we left and wasn’t, when I asked about this they just said “Sorry about that”, it felt like they were trying to hold onto this and just hoping I didn’t remember which was very distasteful. I then got a “credit card fee” from them on my refund so wasn’t even refunded the whole amount, which I found very strange.

Great location but lacked attention to the small details.

Small little things did detract from this being an excellent stay. The house had no tea/ coffee maker as detailed in the description, although it was quickly rectified by the property manager who had to make two journeys to the property once with a kettle and once with a coffee maker. He very kindly included some coffee. The property inside was clean but underneath the outside table there was “ evidence “ of a dog. Just little things that detract from giving 5 stars. We also really felt that a property of this standard would benefit from a toaster. Nearly every other property we have stayed in has this as standard in the kitchen.
