Great location and family stay

This home was just as described with very quick access to the beach. A few restaurants, mini golf, and groceries are a short walk away as well. Great week overall!

Very clean and right on beach

Very convenient property that’s less than a minute walk to the beach. Easy drive to the boardwalk as well. Owner was very professional and communicated everything.

Great shore getaway

Cozy, low key place to stay. Stellar location for the price. Excellent host. There was a problem with the AC mid-week and Rudy handled it quickly and with professional attention. Would recommend.

This is home is clearly loved by the owner's family and friends. The guest book was full of loving tributes. The communication with Rudy was excellent. He answered my questions quickly and clearly. The condo's decor & appliances seem original to when it was built but everything was in good working condition. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 with additional family visiting one evening. From the back porch, you can see through to a bit of the beach and the view of lightning storms was unreal. This was a great fit for our family with a couple busy kids and a dog. The proximity to the beach, a five minute walk to the water, was a dream come true. Communication with the host was excellent. If you are looking for a 5 star Hilton, this isn't it. If you're looking for a nice family-friendly rental that is clean, comfortable, budget-friendly and close to the beach, this is a good option.

Great location, well kept

Can't beat 1/2 block to the sand! Wonderful outdoor views from either enclosed spacious front porch or large open deck in the back. We had a wonderful week! Adding some nightstands with reading lamps to the bedrooms would be helpful, and since we cooked in most nights, the condition of some of the pots/pans need replacing. Otherwise a five-star choice.

We could not have been happier with the property and the ownership. We had a few minor issues after check-in that were not the fault of ownership, but they handled it very quickly. The location is great. The water pressure is AMAZING. Arguably one of the best showers ever! We had a great week and hope to be back next year.
