This home has some of the BEST views on the lake. Stationed in a large cove just off the main channel, the sunset views are breathtaking all summer long. It is a quiet area with generally calm waters good for swimming, paddle boarding, or wake surfing. Its a fisherman's delight with some good spots nearby... but shhh its a secret! Boat ramp on site. Pontoon boats can be rented nearby at Poor House Marina.
The home is all one level with spacious living area. Large deck spans the back of the house, perfect for soaking up the view. Flat back yard with a short, easy stroll to the water.
Life jackets, various floats, two kayaks and Lily Pad available for complimentary use.

This home is in a great location about 15 minutes from Pell City which offers a few dining options and basic shopping. It’s a quick 45 mins from downtown Birmingham, and just under 2 hours from Atlanta. It is also an 11 min drive by road to the popular fishing tournament destination Lincoln Landing. Talladega Speedway is 15 mins away. CMP Marksmanship Range is under 20 mins. Talladega National forest is also under 20 mins. There are two ring cameras on the front exterior of the property.

The view was wonderful. We did get to see one beautiful sunset but even though it rained some that view was nice also. Stacy was very attentive checking in on us each day to see how things were going with us. Would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic property! Stacy made everything smooth from check-in, and was very attentive to messages! The property is amazing, and the pictures do not do it justice! The sunsets across the lake are breathtaking, and the dock / boathouse are top notch. The swimming and fishing were great! Go ahead and book this place, you will not be disappointed! My family and I will definitely be back!

Pictures don’t do it justice! Better than expected and tons of room. Dock is amazing (and new) with beautiful views. As a Mom with middle school boys I appreciated all the water play items provided. Boys used the Lilly pad, kayaks and floats. Caught tons of catfish too! Neighbors we talked to were super friendly. Dollar General a short drive and you can actually get DoorDash to the house too if needed. We had such a great time that we ended up adding on an extra night. Host was very friendly and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect about this lake home! We especially loved the easy access to the water and watching the beautiful sunsets. Our kids and really the whole family loved playing in the flat backyard. Home was so cozy, clean and had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The house was comfortable for a party of three and the deck was perfect for watching the sun set. The kitchen is well stocked to meet all of our cooking needs. The host answered all of our questions promptly and was very welcoming.The lake provided excellent fishing with good populations of bass and crappie. I am already looking forward to bringing my family back to this wonderful home.

The home had everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed the private boat ramp and fully stocked kitchen. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable.

Great stay on the lake! The location is amazing, quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway with a view. The home is comfortable and clean with a nice great room to gather. The hosts made life vests and some floats, as well as board games, available which made it so easy to just arrive and enjoy!

Sorry, sand doesn’t hold up well to the ever changing lake levels and also not ideal for boat launches, that is why we have the concrete paved boat launch on site. But I agree a nice sandy beach area would be nice also, just not practical unfortunately.
