New 2023 Construction! Elevated Pool With Oceanfront Views!

With two large decks overlooking the Gulf, your own private pool, and the sugar sand beach and clear blue water just feet away, Coron Beach House is the perfect vacation spot in the Villa del Sol subdivision. This 3,300 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath vacation home with elevator owned by Bella Coastal Rentals was built in 2023 in a lovely private gated subdivision.

Coron truly captures the essence of all things coastal. You will be greeted with a large, open concept living and kitchen space boasting spectacular Gulf views. Take a step through the back doors facing the ocean to find yourself in the peaceful, breezy surroundings with an amazing, unhindered view of the Gulf and your own private elevated swimming pool. Back inside, the dining and kitchen area has beautiful hardwood floors, modern amenities, and a kitchen featuring a large island, appliances, and quartz countertops. The comfortable, roomy living space is the ultimate gathering spot for entertaining and making memories with friends and family.

The first floor has 1 bay view master suite with a king bed and attached private bathroom along with a bay view master bedroom with king bed. On the second floor, there are two Oceanfront master suite bedrooms with king beds and attached bathrooms, and a charming bunk room with 3 bunks and a full bathroom. The most inviting aspect of the second floor is that two of the bedrooms have access to its large deck overlooking the Gulf, while the bunk room has views of the bay.

Walk down your own boardwalk from your coastal home and you'll find yourself on the miles and miles of sugar-white sand and pristine blue water of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sunbathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a leisurely stroll or horseback rides along the shoreline, you'll spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun. Venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants in the quaint downtown of Port St. Joe located only 15 minutes away. Visit the historic lighthouse, visit the shops, have lunch or dinner or take the ferry over to St. Vincent Island for the day. For the fishing enthusiast, launch your boat at the nearby Indian Pass boat ramp and take in some first-class fishing, or book your family on a fishing charter for a day trip out on the water to catch your dinner for the night. When you want to experience the beauty of St. Joseph Bay, visit nearby Salinas Park with a playground, picnic table, fire pit, and boardwalk over the serene water. You can even get in some exercise by walking, running, or biking on the 19-mile paved trail. About 25 miles away is the quaint, historical, fishing community of Apalachicola. Apalach is perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River, or grab some of the best seafood around!

The Neighborhood:
Villa del Sol has Gulf and Bay views and is just steps to pet friendly beaches & St Joseph Bay. Neighborhood amenities include gated entrance, brick paved streets, boardwalk beach access, a community pool and two pickleball courts. Kayak & fish from the shoreline or walk the beach for seashells & wildlife. Visit nearby family friendly Salinas Park for pickleball courts & horseback riding or trek miles of paved walking & bike trails.

Other Things to Note:
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include a non-refundable administrative fee of $150 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation.

Booking is paid in four payments:
• 25% of total price due upon booking.
• 25% due 90 days before check-in or at booking if booking is less than 90 days before check-in.
• 25% due 60 days before check-in or at booking if booking is less than 60 days before check-in.
• 25% due 30 days before check-in or at booking if booking is less than 30 days before check-in.
• Refunds will only be given to the extent and to the amount that Owner is able to rebook the home for that same time period.

EXTRA CLEANING MEASURES HAVE BEEN PUT IN PLACE, AND THE HOME HAS BEEN DEEP CLEANED AND SANITIZED IN BETWEEN GUESTS.

The minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.

This property Does allow pets (dogs only up to 30 lbs) at a fee of $250 per dog. We ask that you email a copy of your flea and tick pet care information if your booking includes Pets. We do not allow cats.
Dogs are not allowed on any furniture or in the pool.

Rate includes linens, bath towels, starter supply of paper towels, TP and Sor stay. We ask that you email a copy of your flea and tick pet care information if your booking includes Pets. We do not allow cats.aps plus beach equipment furnished.

Want pool heat? It can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature).

Great place for a beach vacation

We chose cape San blas as an alternative to the hustle and bustle of 30-a. House was nice and clean and ideal for our family of 8. Only negative was the house is really close to neighbors and you can see and hear them when your in the outdoor spaces

Just what we needed!

Best vacation ever! Sounds cliche, but it’s true. We been on our share of vacations and this was hands down the best. All because of the accommodations, luxury house on the beach with heated private pool. Quiet relaxing area, vacation at your own pace. Better than any 5-star resort we’ve stayed at. “I’ll (we’ll) be back”.

Awesome Property!

This ocean front property is amazing! Words cannot describe the poolside and deck views overlooking the coast. The house is perfectly furnished, spotless and the property manager was extremely accommodating. Great setup for a large family gathering.

Amazing home and getaway

The house is amazing! This house is gorgeous, spacious, and lacks nothing. From the softness of the towels, the Brown Molten body and hair products, to the large rooms, amazing decks, proximity to the beach, this house is a must. Spoke with Marissa a couple times and was always quick to respond and handle our needs. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, even the bunk bed room! Everything was so nice! Thank you for the vacation!

Beautiful Beach House

Our 3 generational family of 13 guests had an amazing family spring break at this property. The house easily handled our group including 5 children ages 3-11. Our 4 grandsons absolutely LOVED the giant bunk room where they all slept, hung out, and bonded together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice sized. Our host Marissa was wonderful to work with and was quick to respond to all questions/inquiries. The absolute HOME RUN for this property was the heated swimming pool located just steps outside the second level main living area. We all spent countless hours lounging in the luxurious 90 degree water. Along those lines, the water temperature was so nice and warm that it completely eliminated any cold weather issues during our stay. One morning was in the 40's and yet we were as comfortable as could be in the heated pool. My final comment regarding the pool is that the information that was on the VRBO website was antiquated in that it stated that the heater was only capable of heating the pool 10 degrees above the ambient outside temperature. That statement almost caused me to not add the heating option to our contract. So glad I checked with the host and found that the heater is actually capable of maintaining 90 degree temperature regardless of the outside temperature. Personally, knowing how much time our kids, grandkids and ourselves hung out in the pool, I can't imagine anyone not choosing the option to heat the pool during their stay. That would be a big mistake.

Beautiful house

House was beautiful and perfectly located to access the beach. The kitchen was stocked nicely. Pool was very nice and the heater on it worked really well...great for the chillier mornings. The hot water in the shower didn’t stay hot very long, but Marissa responded quickly to ensure it was resolved. Communication with Marissa was great. She was very quick to reply to any communication I sent her. I only wish the check-in time was a little earlier and that the check-out time was a little later. Other than that, we had an amazing time and would definitely return.

Great Beach House!

This Beach House was amazing!!! The location, decor and layout were really really nice! We loved the neighborhoods location on the beach, with a short walk on the deck and great views! Zero complaints about the house, it was beautiful and functional. The only thing to note is that this specific house’s walk way to the beach was the only one that all the other houses in the neighborhood used. Which there aren’t many houses in the neighborhood and it wasn’t an issue at all but just something to note if that would bother you. The other houses in the same neighborhood had a private walkway. We loved everything about our stay! The pool was so nice to have and great for the kids! The beach was not crowded at all! We would definitely book again! The host was responsive to any questions we had!

Beautiful and Private

This house was gorgeous! It had plenty of space for our whole family! It was a nice quiet area and the beach and beach access was perfect!!!! Exactly what we were looking for!!!! A couple of things of we weren’t prepared for, we knew there was only a beginning supply of toilet paper and paper towels available. However we didn’t know there wouldn’t be any trash bags, not even starter bags when we got there, so make sure you grab those when you go to the store. They also supply two kitchen towels but no dishrags or any supplies to clean off the kitchen counters when you are done cooking. So make sure you grab enough paper towels and something to help get your countertops clean after cooking. We cooked most of our meals in the house and that was our only challenge. As for all of the kitchen devices or supplies you might need, the kitchen was well stocked! The house also has an alarm system when you walk out of any of the doors that lead to the pool on the deck. It helps you know when children are going outside to a space where they definitely need supervised. We totally understand it’s purpose it was only hard early in the morning when people are still sleeping and you go sit out and drink your coffee and watch the sunrise and you set off the alarm every now and then bc sometimes it gives you 10-15 seconds before it goes off and other times it gives zero seconds before it goes off. Overall it was beautiful and we enjoyed it! Would go back!
