A unique 2-level penthouse apartment in the heart of Zell am See, a luxury home away from home for groups of up to 8 guests. Built in 2021, the house boasts breathtaking views of the lake from huge yet private balconies and terraces. On 200 sq. metres of living space across 2 floors, the apartment has 4 double bedrooms (all en-suite) and an exceptionally spacious open-plan kitchen / dining / living area, ready for hosting, entertaining, and bringing everyone together around the ultra-modern fireplace. Also included: carport with 3 parking spaces, gym/ski room (en-suite), library area, toilet with bidet, outdoor jacuzzi, utility room (washer/dryer). All summer bookings include the Zell am See Kaprun Summer Card - offering free or discounted access to regional amenities.
