Two-story penthouse in Zell am See city center with amazing view over the slopes

Modern penthouse with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and a 25 sqm balcony offers wonderful views over the surrounding mountains and ski slopes. This luxurious accommodation has two floors, the spacious open-plan living-area on the top floor and the bedrooms on the lower level.

Penthouse Ari is located in the center of town, ski lifts and all amenities are therefore in close proximity and easily reachable by foot.

The apartment is on the third floor of the building. There is an elevator, which takes you to the first level of the apartment.

Room layout:
- open plan kitchen, lounge and dining on the upper floor of the duplex-penthouse
- master double bedroom
- second bedroom with double/twin
- third bedroom with bunk bed and sleeper-couch (145 cm in width)
- bathroom and additional WC

Additionally:
- ski storage with ski-boot warmer
- 1 roofed parking space.

Please note that a surcharge for intermediate cleaning may apply.

The apt has two levels, where all bedrooms (downstairs) are separated from the area of the living room and the open kitchen (upstairs), which creates a good divide (own space) when needed. People coming for ski vacation can be reassured that the distance to the ski lift is walkable. The storage for ski and machine for drying of the ski boots is conveniently located at the ground floor (no need to bring these to the apt). bedrooms are at the side of the main street. For light sleepers the street noise via open windows can be considered disturbing.

Very unusual for us to give such high prise on Ski Apartments, there is always something that could be improved, but this place was perfect, Everything from location (access to ski lifts, bars, restaurants and food stores), comfortable lounge, spacious bathroom and exceptional views. The lift to top floor was welcome after a hard day skiing. Would thoroughly recommend. Suggestions. The only thing we would recommend was to have more place mats to protect dining table. The bathroom could get cold, all other rooms were fine. The bathroom is very big and could accommodate another toilet, This would have been welcome in an apartment that sleeps 6.

Great location - although 2 bedrooms are smallish the large open plan living area with lots of full height windows and views to the mountains makes up for it. One toilet could have been an issue but it is separate to the bathroom so was ok for our group of 6. Unit is well equipped.

Alles perfekt. Die Lage des Apartments. Oberstes Stockwerk. Sehr viel Platz. Balkon den ganzen Weg herum. Heißt Sonne morgens und spät nachmittags. Wir waren auch nur zu viert. Man könnte leicht 6 Personen da wohnen. 3 Schlafzimmer mit je 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten. Sehr sauber alles. Kommen gerne wieder
