Villas at Sunset Beach rental, Rosey's Retreat, located in Seacrest, FL is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 30A vacation home complete with all of the conveniences of home. 4 Bikes and complimentary round of golf each day of your stay.


This beach home is a 30A Gem! Beachfront on 30A is uncommon but this home is direct beachfront with a gulf front pool. Enjoy the gulf views from your private balcony as well as the beach access. The home is located between Rosemary and Alys Beach, and everything is within walking distance.

Villas at Sunset Beach is located in Seacrest, FL and nestled between Alys Beach & Rosemary on the beachside of 30A. This location is fantastic and within steps to the beach. INITIAL SUPPLIES
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.


WI-FI INFORMATION
Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hot spot with you. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, NO exceptions.

Amazing property. Perfect for our family vacation with adult kids. Short walk to Rosemary Beach restaurants. The beach was perfect. The unit has beach chairs and boogie boards. The outdoor patio was wonderful for coffee and meals. We will be back.

Great spot and view!

Great condo and view! Very clean and even more spacious in person. Great floor plan for a family! The pool was great and never overly crowded. There are no shaded spots at the pool so be prepared for that with swim shirts, hats, etc. the beach access was so convenient! The beach is busy so be sure to book with dolce vita beach service well ahead of time!

We had the perfect get away! The condo is beautiful and perfectly located walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. Comfy beds, perfect layout with beautiful ocean front view. Communication with management was very quick and helpful. Will definitely come back!

The location was amazing. The property was appropriately advertised and exceeded our expectations. Walking distance to numerous restaurants. Easy access to the beach and pool. The property managers were easy to communicate with if we had questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Just What We Needed

We loved staying at Rosie's Retreat! The location could not have been better, neither could the ocean view. Steps to the ocean and beach and so easy to get to places to eat and shop. The condo was clean and inviting. It was exactly what we needed for a vacation get away. Thank you!

The view!!!!!!!

Loved, loved, loved the view!!! It also has an amazing location to Rosemary and all the shops and restaurants! The beachfront location, of course, was perfect! I sat for endless hours on the balcony and had my morning coffee, most of my meals, and evening cocktails with friends. Would highly recommend this place.

First trip to Seacrest!

Property was as listed- we enjoyed the condo very much. The beach was VERY crowded during our stay. We paid for chair service which was key for us. Location was great- easy walk to Seacrest Village shops and restaurants as well as Alys and Rosemary which were very nice.

Beautiful Location!

This location is not only beautiful, but also very convenient! We have a family of 7 and being able to have a short walk down to the beach made this trip so much easier! Things I would recommend & will bring next time! -case of water & jug of water ( no filtered water available) -bring extra trash bags, paper towels and laundry soap!

Beautiful view on the beach

The view of the beach was wonderful and the property was as described. There were a few things that made me select 3 stars overall 1) We had to supply our own trash bags beyond the first one 2) The property owners lied and said that beach towels were not available and with as much stuff as I had to pack for kids, that would have been nice to know what was available for use at the rental 3) Construction was loud during the day and it was difficult for our kids to take a nap.

great trip

beautiful view, as advertising, location of this place is perfect. We had difficulty getting access to the bikes cause they gave us the wrong lock code but they worked swiftly to resolve it. Communication was readily available with the host. Jacuzzi tub did not work. Other than that, amazing and well priced!

Only Complaint

It was a beautiful condo with an amazing view and great location. The only complaint is that there was an odd smell in condo but very bad sewer gas smell in Master Bedroom bath (toilet area) and the elevator had a strong sewer gas smell as well. Also, the master bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Thank you!

Great Location, One of our top three vacation VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed at.

EVERYTHING was great, EXCEPT for the VACAYZEN bike rentals. VERY, VERY dissatisfied with their service and product of bikes that we rented. Am currently trying to get a refund of what we paid. We had nothing but issue after issue with the bikes and their Customer Service.
