Our units feature soaring 9ft ceilings, stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, elegant tiling, and modern decor! Gym, pool, pet park, clubhouse, and lounge access included. The Space:

We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos



This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Guest has access to entire apartment and all of the building amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Locales call the hip, affluent East Market District as NuLu and the best place to stay in Louisville! This neighborhood is a dining hub with eateries spanning upscale New American cuisine to casual BBQ, plus stylish bars pouring craft beer and bourbon. Shops sell vintage clothing, women’s fashion, gourmet eats or restored furniture. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food.



Getting Around:

The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

Quiet, clean apartment within walking distance to Louiseville hot spots

Great location. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, distilleries & museums. Apartment is minimalistic, but comfortable (and quiet).

Rental space was great! It met all of our needs. The only reason I gave a 4 star review was because the couch was too hard, like sitting on plywood. It was the only place to sit and watch a movie or catch the news.

Overall the stay was okay. It was mostly clean, but there were some stains on the carpet in one bedroom and on the living room rug. There was also a lot of hair on the wall of one of the showers. One of the beds was broken. I laid down and felt like I was rolling to the middle - looked underneath and half the bed was falling apart. The television only had a handful of channels. The furniture was bare bones and not comfortable, but did mostly match what was posted in the listing pictures. All that said, the rest was reasonably clean and it was spacious. The communication from the host about the check-in process was efficient and easy. I did not need to reach out until the last night of my stay, and when I did I received a prompt response.

Clean minimalistic modern apartment

This place is perfect for a couple with kids or just 2 friends on vacation. Each of the 2 bathrooms are about the same size and the bathrooms and almost the same size. Great location where you can walk to restaurants and shops. My only suggestion is that the couch could be bigger and another chair would be great.
