This was a clean condo laid out perfectly for a long weekend trip for two couples. It was well supplied and felt very safe. Nice to have gated parking garage. Good location within walking distance to tasty local food; easy to drive/ride-share to local attractions. Beds were comfy; however living room furniture was not. Would highly recommend and would stay there again!

Such a great property and very clean and well maintained. Great location and easy access to downtown area. We will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you again for such a great stay.

Perfect location for derby marathon. Clean and beds comfy. Coffee maker didn’t work but we were able to improvise. Highly recommend

They don’t tell you till the day before about pet fees.. so had to scramble to find someone to watch my dogs.. and it non refundable..200 the baseboards and any edges are very dusty which messed with my allergies..and the check in process was horrible.. the host is very responsive.. oh and the ac went out during our stay ..

Quiet, clean apartment within walking distance to Louiseville hot spots

Great location. Walking distance to parks, restaurants, distilleries & museums. Apartment is minimalistic, but comfortable (and quiet).

When I first arrived, the parking pass for the parking garage that I park in was supposed to be in the room. It was not took me over three hours to get a parking pass so I couldn't unload my luggage or park my car for the first three hours upon arrival after we got back from going out to eat and checking out the sites we realize there were no blankets or sheets for the beds. This was at midnight and of course no one could bring us blankets or sheets until the following day. They told me they'd be there at 8 AM. I'm not sure what time they showed up. We ended up leaving at 10 to go look at the sites we left and got a room at residence Inn. I feel the unit was misrepresented if we take the elevator down from the unit to the ground floor. It reeked of trash because the trash drop was right next to our unit all in all the kind of ruined the first part of our vacation because we had to repack everything and go somewhere else. Don't know that you ever use Vrbo again.

Rental space was great! It met all of our needs. The only reason I gave a 4 star review was because the couch was too hard, like sitting on plywood. It was the only place to sit and watch a movie or catch the news.

Property itself is good, however tons of issue with the agency I made the booking with. They had an issue with the condo unit I originally booked. They proceeded to switch me to a house without notifying me. I had to call them to find out about the switch. They switch us to a house located in a drug infested neighborhood. There were drug addicts roaming the streets, we actually saw an individual urinating on the street. We were terrified and refused to get out of the car. I called the company, but they had no available property for us to move in until the next afternoon. We had to book a hotel room for the night. The following day I requested an early check in, but that was denied. We had to drive around town for hours until the check in time of 4:00 pm. So far I am still waiting on my expense reimbursement for the hotel stay.

Clean minimalistic modern apartment

This place is perfect for a couple with kids or just 2 friends on vacation. Each of the 2 bathrooms are about the same size and the bathrooms and almost the same size. Great location where you can walk to restaurants and shops. My only suggestion is that the couch could be bigger and another chair would be great.

Overall the stay was okay. It was mostly clean, but there were some stains on the carpet in one bedroom and on the living room rug. There was also a lot of hair on the wall of one of the showers. One of the beds was broken. I laid down and felt like I was rolling to the middle - looked underneath and half the bed was falling apart. The television only had a handful of channels. The furniture was bare bones and not comfortable, but did mostly match what was posted in the listing pictures. All that said, the rest was reasonably clean and it was spacious. The communication from the host about the check-in process was efficient and easy. I did not need to reach out until the last night of my stay, and when I did I received a prompt response.

The Nulu was great clean, roomy and we felt very safe. After I booked it and saw a pic of back parking lot I was nervous but it was all very nice and very safe
