Residence 810 at The Grand

Enjoy the shore like never before in this fantastic 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath residence. The southern exposure and tranquility of this residence will make it hard to leave. Residence 810 is beautifully decorated and offers unparelleled ocean views from the spacious veranda. The modern kitchen comes with Viking appliances, granite countertops, and a Sub-Zero refrigerator, making it the perfect spot to cook meals for yourself or your family. The owners have recently updated the backsplashes in the kitchen & bathroom, and they have new custom made cushions for the veranda furniture. The 2025 season will feature brand new furniture in the living room!







Amenities include: private beach with lounge chair & umbrella service, beachfront infinity-edge pool, children's pool, heated Jacuzzi, fitness center, beautiful lobby with lounge area, game room, and saunas!







Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day contingent on The Grand management.
