Room was fine but dated. Not all electrical is working - most concerning is the overhead light which has an electrical issue. Bed (actually a murphy bed) was not good and pillows anything but comfortable. Very conviently located

Convenient downtown location, perfect for the traveler who doesn't want to rent a car. I rented a car for the first day of my week long trip to shop for groceries and orient myself to the island. The rest of the trip, we either walked or utilized free public transportation. The management team responded immediately to my calls. There are stairs leading to the units that may be arduous for some folks, but not us. I will definitely book again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in an excellent location if you don't wish to rent a car or rent a car for a day or two which I did. The property manager was extremely friendly and quick to respond when I called. There is a staircase leading up to the rooms, which could be strenuous for some. I will choose this location when we return next year.

Recommend for anyone needing a clean place to stay in downtown Sitka. Very walkable location. The owner was responsive to my questions.
