Situated across from the beach come and experience this oceanfront condo. Well appointment it's just steps to the sand of picturesque Windansea Beach, this is a perfect place to enjoy panoramic surf and sunset views.
This ground-level retreat is within walking distance of the coffee shops and restaurants in Windansea as well as the La Jolla Village.
Enjoy sweeping ocean views from its waterfront terrace, the main bedroom, and the living room allow you to go to sleep and wake up to soothing ocean breezes and the ever-changing sounds of the surf. The terrace creates a beautiful space for indoor/outdoor living with its table and chairs for dining al fresco and comfortable lounge furniture. Tasteful beach décor throughout makes this seaside getaway a perfect place for relaxing, connecting, and recharging - starting with its large, spacious living room with slider access to the oceanfront patio, lots of comfortable seating, and its large TV. Cook and enjoy being together in the large well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar with high-top stools and a seamless flow to the living room and ocean view terrace. A comfortable, well-appointed dining room that seats everyone rounds out this spacious great room.
The ocean view primary suite is next to the living room. It opens up to a furnished terrace and has a TV and a full en suite bath with a shower/tub combination. There are two guest bedrooms in the front of this home – one has a Cal-King bed, a TV, and access to an adjacent fully remodeled bathroom with shower (photos in November). The other bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed, a TV, and access to another adjacent fully remodeled bathroom with shower (photos in November). Both of the guest bathrooms have been recently updated with new showers and flooring.

Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting.
This home has garage parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is available on the street.
The parking garage is equipped with surveillance cameras.
