Your arrival guide will be sent to you via the same way you recieved the rental agreement. Please remember that Ruidoso is a mountain town with snow and icy conditions during the winter. This can affect driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway, or roads.

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment. Full details can be found on our website.Please note Cancellation policies for Christmas and New Years (Inclusive Dec 20-Jan 5) differ significantly, they will be clearly explained in your rental agreement.
