About this space
Come with the whole family at this peaceful craftsman style home. Relax in the living room with the double doors open to take the fresh air in and look out over the lake. Hang in the family room to watch a movie or play a game. Outside, you can enjoy the fire pit that overlooks the basin as you listen to the loons call or take a quick stroll down to the shared sandy beach. Swim, paddle board, or kayak in the summer or skate and icefish in the winter. Year round enjoyment and relaxation!

Wonderfully updated craftsman style ranch with 6 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 people in beds.
Guest access
Full access to the house and premises of the property. Access to the association shared sandy beach in the basin of Sebago Lake. No access to the garage on the property.

Very clean, spacious house

This house has a lot more space than is shown in the pictures. The bedrooms are large and the gathering spaces are as well. I wish there was more towels provided (one set for each guest) and more paper towels and toilet paper (two for each bathroom, 4 total for 12 guests for a week) provided or just communicated to us that this is what it would be. I also wish the association of the street was explained more to us, as we had encounters with some neighbors that weren’t too please we were there. I think more of a description of what was in the house and what we could use and not use on the beach could have been better. Overall the house is great and the location is great even though it looks closer to the beach in the pictures. We had a very enjoyable stay, but just had some suggestions that would have given it a perfect score.

Incredible property and space

Our stay was a great time. The house is basically brand new and the layout is perfect. With 10 people in the house, there was plenty of space to spread out and comfortably stay. 100% recommend this property!

Perfect Lake Stay

The property was perfect for our two families. When we arrived, the keyless entry was easy to use. The house was immaculate. The rooms were the perfect size and the beds were so comfortable. You could tell the place was newly renovated and it was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, this was a great vacation for our two families and the space of the house was perfect for hanging out together or finding some alone time. The house has beach access at the end of the road over a wooden foot bridge and a kayak and paddle board with host last name on them. If you are interested in boating on Lake Sebago, we highly recommend Goodhue Marina (Panther Run). We rented a pontoon boat for the day and enjoyed a full day exploring the lake, pulling up to the sandbar and different beaches. The staff at the marina was super nice and helpful. I would also recommend making the 2 hour trek to Mt Washington to take the cog railway to the summit. Unfortunately we did not get to use the fire pit more than one night, but it is a beautiful fire pit with a beautiful view. Just watch as it gets dark...bugs galore. If you are renting in the summer, might I suggest bringing a fan for in the bedrooms. The house had AC units in the main areas but not in the bedrooms. We had one minor issue one day and we contacted the host who had someone at the property the same day to take care of the issue. Tyler was very personable and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend this property 100%!

Perfect for our extended family.

This beautiful home was the perfect spot for our extended family vacation! All 6 bedrooms were meticulous and each had the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on. There was a view of the lake from the back porch and the beach was just a short walk down the road. The kitchen was spotless and very well-stocked with all that we needed to cook dinner for our large group. Between the large kitchen island and the table in the adjacent room, there was plenty of space to eat. With all the space this place had to offer, we never felt on top of each other. This rental made our usual "camp" style vacation feel luxurious.

Awesome!!

My in laws live right up the street, but the house was really busy. So we found this property to use as an alternative. Best decision! Everything is so close and convenient.
