Welcome to my beautiful top-floor 2 bedroom loft condo, located just a 10 minute walk from UCLA and Westwood Village. Enjoy numerous amenities like a heated pool, jacuzzi, gym, wet & dry sauna, 24-hour security and package handling. Gated garage with one parking spot
I provide everything you need for your stay: high-quality mattresses with adjustable frames in both bedrooms, sheets, towels, kitchen amenities such as coffee maker, blender, kettle, new pots/pans, utensils, plates and cups.
Explore the sights and sounds of LA. Shops, restaurants, Starbucks, and grocers are all within walking distance
**Construction is currently underway at the property next door. Work is allowed 7am-5pm (Mon-Sat) but generally begins at 8am and is finished by 3pm.

Westwood is a fabulous neighborhood! Conveniently located on the West Side of LA you can drive to Santa Monica, Venice and the beach in minutes. The 405 entrance is only 1 mile away which allows one to easily access Downtown, The Valley and East LA as quickly as possible. Shops, restaurants, ice cream, movie theaters and especially UCLA and Westwood Village are all within walking distance.
