This bright and cozy classic California house is located in the serene Rancho Equestrian neighborhood of Glendale. The house is Griffith Park adjacent and therefore minutes away from The LA Zoo and the Gene Autry Museum. Also near Universal and Warner Bros. Studios, the Greek Theater and Dodger Stadium. It is located close to major freeways so you will have easy access to all areas of Los Angeles! So much to do! If you want to just relax, this home also has a tranquil outdoor space with a pool! **POOL NOT HEATED FROM MID-OCTOBER TO MID-MAY**

We loved the little home. It was clean, had all the kitchen essentials, plenty of towels and bedding. The pool was heated, clean and well maintained. We loved the neighborhood and would definitely stay again.

This is the perfect spot to relax.

After a busy few days in the Disneyland area it was great to relax in this beautiful home while we explored Universal studios and WB. The kids loved the pool which was set to a perfect temperature. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great stay!

Overall everything was great. Location was perfect for what our family needed. Grocery store, restaurant and gas near by. Parks and studios nearby. Felt safe in the area although there was an incident with rental car. Thank you for heads up on the shower and how to guarantee a good water temperature. Overall we would stay again.

Rose Bowl home away from home

Although we mainly just slept there and didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool/patio, we had a great stay for our brief trip to attend the Rose Bowl and parade. Deanna was very responsive and helped save the day for receipt of our parade tickets. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

Great cental location in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect for my family! We spent most of our days away however, so optimum pool time was missed as it was a little chilly. We had to turn the heat onand it wasn't warm enough till our last day. All in all the house had everything needed to be a home away from home! Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Centrally Located Safe Neighborhood

This property is centrally located to everything. Mambos Cuban Restaurant, Gas Station and Liquor Store right on the corner. Perfect for 3-4 people. Well stocked on everything, pool towels, paper supplies, kitchen supplies, would have liked a pool skimmer to remove bugs in the pool but overall very clean home. I highly recommend this rental. Host Deanna was quick to respond, accommodating and sweet. Will love to stay again on my next visit.

Perfect for us

We came to Los Angeles to drop our daughter off for her last semester of college interning I. Burbank. Two days later, Los Angeles caught on fire. Our host was amazing at communicating with us about the power outages due to the wind and calming our fears about the fires. The house was so well equipped and very clean. We even got to use the pool in our first day there. We very much hope we can rent this place again when things are more normal!

Absolutely wonderful place

When I first pulled up, I drove passed it, which was my fault. That first step into paradise was completely wonderful. This 2 bedroom house was wonderful. Bed was so comfortable that I sat down and accidentally took a 2 hour nap. Never got to use the pool. Just not enough time. Within an hour drive you are in hollywood and downtown LA. I will be back when I have longer than 2 days. Owners were absolutely nothing less than awesome.

Wonderful home and host!

Deanna was an excellent host before the trip even began! The space itself is expertly furnished with lots of art, decor, and personal touches that fill the home with a sense of belonging right when you walk in. Plenty of seating and space to lounge. The pool was the perfect temp with such a welcoming vibe outside, and good privacy from neighbors. Loved being a very short walk from a corner store and restaurants! Standout small touches: full soap in the kitchen and bathroom, brand new kitchen sponge in wrapper, fresh rolls of toilet paper and paper towels, and artistic styling of the paper products reminiscent of a luxury hotel. While the home was cozy with a nice “lived in” feel, there was no sense of using communal products that others have already touched, which I am very sensitive to. 10/10 recommendation!!
