Luxury doorman building in the heart of LA’ s Westwood. This loft is cozy , an open and bright living space with a garden view, approximately 620 square feet. The two stories loft features a main level with a fully appointed kitchen, a living room and dining area. A lower bathroom with closet, double- high ceilings, wood floors, a floating staircase leading to the bedroom loft and office area.
Large windows facing the garden area.
The building amenities include: concierge and security service 24 hours, a business lounge , fitness room, sauna, jacuzzi, pool, laundry room and an indoor gated parking spot.
Maintenance service is included.
Amazing and vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants, museums and a lot of fun activities.
Walking distance from UCLA, driving short distance from Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Santa Monica and LAX AIRPORT.

Wonderful and Cozy
My son stayed here for five months and absolutely loved it. It was perfect. All he had to bring was his clothes. The place was clean and well-stocked. It had everything you could possibly imagine. The owner was wonderful and helpful. I highly recommend it.
