The septic alarm is designed as an early-warning safeguard and, unfortunately, we were not notified when it first activated. Had we known sooner, our team could have addressed it right away and avoided the inconvenience you described. Regarding the temperature, the home is intentionally set lower between stays to protect the property during colder months, and it does take some time to warm once guests arrive. Your comments about window coverings, exterior upkeep, and bedding comfort are also noted, as those elements play a big role in how a home feels during a visit. The door lock issue was especially frustrating, and we recognize how disruptive that situation was given the timing. While our team did work to resolve it as quickly as possible, we understand how that delay impacted your evening. We’re glad you were still able to enjoy some of the home’s features, and we value the perspective you’ve shared.
