When out and on the go, peaceful hikes can be taken at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and Grayton Beach State Park, days by the sun, sand, and surf can be relished at Blue Mountain Beach and Miramar Beach, and swing practice can be indulged in at the Raven Golf Club. When you want to simply enjoy the radiant Florida sunshine, take a quick walk over to the designated beach access point, just a stone's throw away.

Fun in the sun continues at this beautiful home as the private, fenced yard offers a serene space to sit and visit with those who mean the most to you. The outdoor living extends to the home's two upstairs porches, two ground-floor porches, and the balconies. On the back porch, lay out your beach toys and towels to dry for another day on the sand.

Inside, the updated living room comes complete with comfortable furnishings and tasteful artwork. The full kitchen gleams with its suite of stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and sizable center island.

Each of the bedrooms offers comfortable sleeping quarters with high-quality linens and simple decor pieces. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
