Golf cart or bicycle will get you up and down 30A to the restaurants, beach and shopping. There is a 3 car garage for your cars and parking at the beach and restaurants too!"

Reminders:
-All drivers must be 25, submit a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and sign a rental agreement.
-Low speed vehicles are street legal and may be driven on roads with speed limits of 35 mph or less. Please do not drive on highway 98 or on the pedestrian/bike paths.
-Children of car seat age must ride in a car seat using the lap belts on the vehicle
-Parking violations must be reported and are the responsibility of the driver
-No parking on sidewalks or in landscaping
-No parking in Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Watercolor, and Watersound.
-No parking in the residential areas of Seaside, only the commercial areas allow carts.
-Please enjoy the vehicle safely

Failure to operate the vehicle safely and/or properly may result in the removal of the cart and loss of payment.

Location was great and had a golf cart available. Just had to do the foot work to get it there. Wasn't advertised that way. Beach umbrella was broken. Chairs and beach cart rusted and falling apart. Interior needs repainted. Crown molding cracking. Couch very small and uncomfortable. NOT the couch advertised at all!

The place is beautiful with spacious bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Blue Mountain beach is walking distance and the golf cart comes in handy. The kitchen is very spacious and has lots of stuff for cooking like pots and pans and crock pot. Bring your own coffee and coffee filters otherwise there is a Keurig and you will need extra pods. The pool is right next door which is awesome. Nice showers.

If you want to deal with a rude host that only appreciates your money then this is the place for you

We had a nice family weekend planned and I had booked the condo but due to the the host not willing to work around the predicament that happened due to my card being changed twice from Vrbo then the host which caused a hole storm of problems. Due to my account being charged multiple times it couldn’t be charged for the full amount until midnight but I could pay for the 1st night with no problem and would then book the 2nd night right after midnight that same night but the host would NOT help us work out any of the details to make our family weekend getaway be enjoyed at this listing. Even though the problem was due to nothing that I did he was extremely rude and was not willing to work anything out whatsoever and wasn't even willing for me to book the 1 night that I could have paid right then. In the end, it all worked out beautifully and worked out much much better for my family! We were able to find a last-minute condo directly right on the beach and at a much better beach and all around better location, plus paid a much better price than what we would've paid for this condo. We saved over 225 plus was offered to stay an extra night for less than half price so very happy that our money was spent at a condo that the owner appreciated our business. I have a popular travel blog because that's what we do is travel for work 9 months out of the year plus travel for pleasure and this time of year we are in Florida quite often but we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Peaceful & Relaxing

This spacious house for our family of 6 was perfect! The bike ride in the quiet neighborhood was nice in the evenings. We loved it being right beside the pool & the golf cart was perfect to drive around for ice cream & food! Made this time together so relaxing!

Are home was lovely As well as the location The property manager was communicative and apologetic about one of the 4 bikes being out of service but we had all four bikes the very last afternoon. It was a bonus that we had the golf cart. It was a positive experience and we would stay again

Great 4th of July!

Our family of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) had a great stay! Loved biking to the beach and to get ice cream. Golf cart was essential and so awesome that it was included with the house. Loads of beach toys and beach/pool towels available. If you like to cook, I recommend bringing your own knife to chop, as knives were very, very dull. House was very clean, and the kids loved playing on the mini pool table. Pool right next door was a plus!

Just what we needed!

This home is in a super cute neighborhood- with very nice neighbors. The pool right next door (hardly anyone else used it so it definitely felt like we had it all to ourselves) and the golf cart were game changers! The neighborhood is located in between two different public beach entrances which took about 3 mins to drive to. The home has a great open floorplan, much bigger than it looks from the outside. The bikes were also a great addition. The neighborhood is right next to a great little strip with a FABULOUS Thai restaurant (30A Thai Cuisine), a coffee shop, ice cream shop and Italian restaurant. We would definitely like to visit this same place again!!

Great Home and Location!

We visit the 30A area every year, this home was one of our favorites! The layout was great for us with four adults (one couple and two singles), three full baths allowed everybody to have a private bathroom, and four BR's on one level was super convenient. The home was exceptionally clean and a perfect location right next to the community pool. We highly recommend the Blue Mountain Beach location, far more dining choices on the west end, easy bike or golf cart ride to Seaside and a short car ride to the golf courses and dining in Sandestine. We would definitely choose this property again!

Enjoyed our Thanksgiving Get Away

We really enjoyed staying at Serene Coastal Oasis. The house is in a great location and is equipped well. We walked to fantastic restaurants and to the beach. Very easy to get on 98 to do all the shopping you want. Another huge plus was the communication with the management group. They were very responsive. We'll will rent from them again.

The accommodations were amazing. All the comforts of home and beautifully decorated/furnished. Location was perfect, with great beach access and night life within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. GREAT pool access! The property owners were very engaged with us throughout our visit. We will definitely visit again!

Better than advertised!

This is a great property! Open floor plan, nice room sizes and amenities, pool right next door, and a short walk or ride in a golf cart/car to everything. Jay and Anne are excellent hosts, they are easy to reach and responsive. The property is clean and tastefully decorated. If we return to the area we’d definitely book with them again!

LOVELY beach house!

This house was absolutely perfect for our couples trip to the Santa Rosa area! The house was spotless and was RIGHT next door to the pool! Neighbors were very friendly, too. We rented a golf cart during our stay and used it to get to the beach which was 2 minutes away on the cart! We also used the golf cart to eat dinner one night in the Grayton Beach area - it was another quick drive down the road! They have 4 cute bikes that can be used to grab breakfast at the local bakery. Highly recommend this property to any family or couples!
