This 2 BR 2 B condo located along the Gulf of Mexico, sleeps 8 comfortably and is completely renovated. Floor to Ceiling Hurricane windows & Slider updated 2024. This condo is located in the heart of all things Gulf Shores. WALK TO HANGOUT & ALL FESTIVALS or volleyball tournaments. Brand new appliances this year and updated furnishings w/beachy aesthetics. Fully equipped and updated kitchen. Beautifully updated bathrooms. AMAZING UNINTERRUPTED OCEAN VIEW AND SPARKLING POOL. Washer & Dryer in the unit. This condo is the real deal!

There is a parking Pass for only one vehicle that is included in your cleaning fee. Please fill it out completely with your dates and put it on the dashboard of your vehicle. There is parking for two vehicles during the months of Sept-May 16. You must contact me prior to your arrival to purchase an additional pass for 45.00 during these months.

Great stay

We had a great time! We saw dolphins every morning. The only negative is the hallway bunk beds are smaller than appeared online. Definitely for kids only. Very clean and wonderful view!

Cat urine Ammonia is never good

Pros: Patti the host was responsive to all communication. The condo has a beautiful view of the Gulf and beach accessibility. The Condo was neat upon arrival being provided the amenities listed. It is as listed on how many people it sleeps. Cons: there were no beach towels, chairs provided. You will need to purchase two beach chairs and an umbrella for 40.00 per day on the beach or bring your own. The fire alarm went off twice, while cooking bacon on the stove and cooking pizza in the oven. Patti is taking care of this issue. I never used the oven/stove to prevent the alarms from going off. The Condo smelled of cat urine ammonia. Patti did have maintenance come to the condo. They did remove the chair and cleaned the sofa bed mattress. This did not remove the smell as it was still in the rug on the floor and in the carpet in the master bedroom. I felt like she was calling me a liar since the female individual was sick and could not smell anything and the young man with her said he did not smell anything until I got them blankets that were on the furniture and then they could smell it. My family became very ill from the ammonia and it ruined the rest of our trip. It appears that the property owner does not inspect until April. It is not barrier free, handicap accessible. this is not a place for non-ambulatory individuals. You cannot get into the bathroom. The width is not wide enough for a wheelchair to fit into the bathroom. It is a step up shower not a roll in bathrooms.
