You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place! This is a 2021 newly constructed townhouse in the heart of the Heights area with marble and hardwood floors throughout the home. Each bedroom has its own private en suite bathroom. In addition, you can find over 50 restaurants, bars, parks, and more within walking distance, including great dining options and biergartens within the block!

Northwest of downtown sits a historic neighborhood known as the Heights. Its rich and character filled architecture, mom and pop type shops and fine restaurants draw people from all over. Find something you never knew you wanted at one of the quaint boutiques on 19th St. Thrift stores, antique havens and cafes are often popular stops during a trip through this area. Stop by for the arts market on the first Saturday of each month for live music, crafts, plants and artwork.

Centrally located, it is a short distance to all main hubs of Houston: Heights bike and hike trail-2 miles; Minute Maid Park, Toyota Center, George R. Brown Convention Center- within 7 miles; Medical Center, Hermann Park, Zoo- within 10 miles; Memorial Park, T. C. Jester park, Buffalo Bayou park- 4 miles; Downtown, Wortham theater, Hobby center-5 miles; Galleria and Uptown shopping -8 miles. Both major airports are within 20 miles!

Very Nice Townhouse - close access to Houston

Very nice townhouse in central location. Close to restaurants and easy access to Houston. Very good communication with Hosts. Had all the amenities and there was a 2 car garage and good street parking. Would definately return.

Up and coming trendy neighborhood

The owner were very responsive when we asked for linens and had brand new ones delivered with-in hours. Linens were sparse but I have a feeling they will be checking in with cleaners to restock the cupboards. The neighborhood is very cool with lots of fun restaurants but the whole neighborhood is under construction rights now so not walkable. When this is done it will be fantastic. The home was comfortable for what we needed. There are a few maintenance things that need attention but nothing that would take away from your stay. We would stay again.

Quiet and Relaxing Stay

3-story home that is easy to get to and close to lots of nearby restaurants and attractions. I needed a quiet place for my daughter to relax after an eye surgery to repair a serious injury. I also needed a place where 4 people could be comfortable for the New Year holiday weekend. The owners had this place set up with lots of supplies. We were pleasantly surprised not to have to buy laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, TP, paper towels...there were coffee pods and garbage bags too! The home was immaculate. We brought our dog who had a tennis ball to play with, along with a clean water and food dish. We couldn't ask for better!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Need more bang for the buck!

For the cost of the property, I would have liked it to be cleaner. There is no attention to any detail with regard to cleaning. I had to request the AC filters changed as they were black, full of dust and not able to work correctly. Living room area was not very comfortable and there was a musty smell in the air. Tv's in the room(s) would be nice as well. Picked this based solely on location and that worked perfectly for my needs.

Stunning townhouse in the heart of the Heights!

We had family staying here during our wedding nearby and were impressed with the beautiful finishes and design the owners put into the place. If you want a luxurious experience in a great location, look no further! Great kitchen and lots of dining space! Worth it!

Perfect hosts and a beautiful home

We have stayed at many VRBO homes in Houston and this is by far the best. Very clean, great location, very homey with all the comforts needed. I would stay here again!

Amazing stay, definitely coming back!!!

Staying at Veronica and René’s house was an amazing experience for us, we had a lovely family time! We stayed for a little over two weeks and during that time they made sure we were very comfortable and were very attentive at all times. The house is exactly as it is shown in the pictures, spacious, beautifully decorated and clean! We highly recommend the house and them, they are amazing hosts. It was our first time in Houston but it surely will not be our last, we will definitely come back. Thank you very much, Veronica and René!

Brandnew townhouse in quiet neighborhood

We stayed 5 nights at the house, it looks exactly like in the pictures. What we liked very much is that it is brand new building, also the furnitures and appliances. We appreciated very much after the long trip the snacks Veronica had left for us in the kitchen, coffee, spices, cooking oil, toilet paper and paper towels etc, Enough towels in the bath rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Washer and dryer of top quality. We needed some extra items in the kitchen and Veronica brought them right away. She was very attentive every moment of our stay. The parking space is a closed garage with direct access into the house. The unit is a 3 floor design, what might be important to know.

The heights neighborhood is unique in that it has many restaurants which offers diverse cuisines, biergartens, bars and modern stores. It also has quaint neighborhood streets such as 19th street, which has cafes, antique stores and mom and pop stores. The home is close to many parks and trails, downtown and event facilities.

This home features a modern spacious open concept floor plan, hardwood floors, marble kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, lots of natural light and heigh ceilings. It has all the modern features including a built in entertainment center, designer finishes, gas cook top, window shades, and beautiful tile floors and bathrooms. Primary bedroom boasts a walk in shower and separate tub, double sinks, and two closets. Additional bedrooms also have an ensuite bathrooms for complete privacy,. Refrigerator, washer, and dryer included! Short term and corporate leases are welcome!
