Gorgeous 1-bedroom,
1-full-bath, split-level townhome with vaulted ceilings offers ocean and golf
course views with beautiful tropical landscapes. Enjoy a Mai Tai or a bottle of
your favorite wine during your relaxing Hawaiian escape while indulging in the
mesmerizing nightly sunsets over the distant ocean from the upper lanai with trade
wind breezes. 

Townhome offers a fully
equipped kitchen with new appliances and ample counter space to aid any chef in
cooking tasty snacks and full meals. 
Fresh paint and décor provide a very comfortable, Hawaiiana
experience.  The master bedroom is
furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed, seating and plenty of storage space.
Master sliding doors lead to a second lanai with seating and stunning garden
views.

 Located just South of Kailua-Village
“Old Kona Town” and adjacent to the public Kona Country Club Golf course next
to Keauhou Bay offering many convenient activities. Keauhou Resort amenities
include 2 saltwater pools, 3 BBQ grills and individual parking at the front
door.  Keauhou Bay is renowned for
snorkeling, nighttime manta ray swims, and world-class ocean excursions. The
beach is just down the street, perfect for swimming, surfing, and Kealakekua
Bay where you will find the best snorkeling in Kona.  The Keauhou Shopping Center, including top
restaurants, markets, boutique shops, a cinema and weekly farmer’s market are just up the

Great location, Great Space

Really awesome space with everything we needed for a great vacation! Walking distance from the bay and near to essentials. Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and towels to take to the beach. A beautiful view! Who could ever ask for more???

Amazing 6 day stay

This condo was the perfect stay for the two of us, there was everything we needed and more. The location of this place was very convenient to the rest of the west side of the island. The grocery store was in walkable distance and we used bikes to get around to beaches because the docking station was at the end of the block. The condo had everything we needed to assist us cooking food. This place has great views of the costal line along with mountain views!

The condo is lovely, spacious, mostly well-maintained, the kitchen well-stocked with equipment and all the swim/outdoor supplies were much appreciated. The condo is in a good location on the coast. The only problems were to do with noise, light and an essentially non-functioning garbage disposal. Unable to close the higher louvers and with no way to block the light or noise in the early morning, I was awakened far too early. Next door neighbours unfortunately did not follow the rules about no telephone conversations out on the balconies or keeping quiet hours after 10PM.

Great condo, great location and LOVE HAWAII!

This condo was delightful! After a couple minor surprises (bugs), I quickly adjusted to island life. There is not an air conditioner to cool the unit, but that ended up being wonderful because the island air was just perfect! I love fresh laundry scent on my sheets and towels, and took it upon myself to freshen the sheets the day after I arrived. Overall, 5 stars, great pool, furniture and kitchen, driving access to the area. Would happily stay in this condo again. Aloha!
