個々の施設は今回で7回目の利用ですが、今回が一番良かったです。 前々回も同じ部屋でしたが、確か水回りのトラブルで部屋を変えた記憶がありますが、今回は設備に関して問題はなかったです。

This is a beautiful condo and view of the oceanThe kitchen is well furnished and thoughtfully arranged. The grounds are beautiful, we enjoyed the pool, ping-pong, cornhole and pickle ball. The welcome fruit basket was a wonderful surprise.

We’ve been to Kona about 20 times and for the first time stayed down in Kehoe Bay. We usually stay further north on Ali Drive. The facilities at Kanaloa were immaculate. Generally we stay in condos that appear a little rundown and dated, but this place is spotless. The view from our condo was absolutely spectacular. The facility had three pools and all were nice. When we arrived, we received a Welcome gift basket full of local treats. Everything about the condo was perfect and we will definitely be back.

The is a wonderful p,a e to stay. The ocean view is fantastic and you feel right at home with this Cindi. This is the second time we have stayed I. This particular unit and it is wonderful. We always try to get this unit if available

The location is wonderful and a very nice resort, well kept up and maintaining that Hawaii ambience and culture. Condo was very comfortable, especially bed and well stocked kitchen for enjoying meals on the balcony/lanai. My only complaint was that I was not informed of the extra cost of air-conditioning (ie not included). Personally I don't like air-conditioning and it really is unnecessary down by the ocean with ocean breezes. I tried contact management but they were unresponsive on this point. I did not use the air-conditioning yet paid quite a bit of extra money which as I said was not noted in the advertisement. Check out all the extra costs before booking.

Beautiful Views from the Lanai

The actual grounds are very well maintained. The pool was one of the best we experienced in Kona. The condo is nice and roomy but dated. It is of wood construction, so can be noisy if they are guests on the floor above your unit. The bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Finally! The perfect location

We finally found the perfect Kona location. We have been to the Big Island several times and have always been frustrated with our accommodations. This time it was perfect. The unit was spacious and had an awesome view of the ocean. It was also quiet with no street noise. We had a great time.

Amazing Sunsets

We had such a great 10 day vacation at this condo! From the beautifully landscaped and well maintained grounds, to the relaxing pools and even tennis and pickleball courts! Our balcony provided us the best views of the sunset every night. The condo is well equipped with everything you need including beach supplies. I would highly recommend this location and would love to be able to come back and stay here again.

Great views and location

We liked the location, still in Kona but not in the real touristy part. Pool and hot tub right near room. The ocean view was a nice perk. I wouldn't say you could really access the ocean from the complex but there is a short walk to a nice cove. And great snorkeling and surfing beaches in a short drive. Hosts were very responsive and friendly. We would stay again. AC was nice too on evenings lacking wind.

Awesome stay

This is such an awesome place to stay. We stayed there for 3 weeks and it was fabulous. The room itself was great and very comfortable. The view is a million dollar view. Every morning. We were able to sit outside and have breakfast with a great view of the ocean. Also we were able to sit by the ocean and watch the sunset every night. Karen is such a great hostess. Renting was a breeze and everything was perfect. We will definitely be back. We have been to the big island many times and this was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. ❤️

amazing view and hospitality of owner

I stayed for 4 nights and the most impressive part is its view. I have never stayed with such an amazing ocean view. unit was spacious for 2 with a plenty of towel and well cleaned. Another amazing part is the owner, Ali's hospitality. When checked in, I found a basketful of fruits and local items showing welcome. And when I couldn't find a coffee filter, Ali bought them the next morning with a welcoming smile, which impressed me very much and thank him a lot. If I make a picky comment, the sliding windows to the lanai were so stubborn that I had difficult to open and close them. However in total, I definitely stay in this unit next time.

Sunset view is spectacular

We love the location of this condo. The owner was responsive to our questions right away. We were surprised with a lovely fruit basket waiting for us upon our arrival. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Perfect Spot

The condo is well furnished and very well maintained. The view of the ocean from the unit’s lanai is striking. There is a gentle ocean cross breeze often blowing through the unit. All of the units appliances, kitchen ware and consumer electronics are state of the art and up to date. I just completed my fifth stay at the condo and with each succeeding visit, I notice the owner’s focus on continually improving the property. He is gracious and genuinely concerned with his guests enjoying their visit. The only issue that might be a concern for some with mobility issues is that it is a second floor unit with no elevator, just stairs so a wheelchair or crutches could be a problem. Otherwise, it is a perfect spot!

Beautiful condo resort with oceanfront views

Stayed here for 5 nights while we explored the Kona coast of the big island. Loved the resort and all its amenities. This unit had gorgeous sunset oceanfront views, which was our favorite part of this unit. The unit had everything we needed, although could really use a face lift. The property owner was quick to respond to any messages, and was accessible by text or phone. The property and neighborhood were very safe, gated with security on site 24/7. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for being a great host while we explored the Kona area!

Great Sunset location

My husband and I spent an enjoyable 4 nights in this ground floor condo. The condo faced the ocean front pool and had a front row seat to beautiful sunsets. The interior was spotless and we enjoyed having an icemaker which is on the top of my husband's vacation wish list. The kitchen lacked some basic cooking items, such as a pizza pan which most people tend to buy at least once when away from home. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable but faced the parking and access road which if the condos are busy could be a problem for light sleepers. We spent the majority of our time relaxing on the lanai. The condo is perfect for a couple who want to be close to all the amenities this resort has to offer.

This unit needs help

Issues: Carpet is outdoor style - understandable for a beach area - but it’s dusty/dirty Carpet on the stairs is loose and a real trip & fall hazard Holes in screens Second lanai screen is off its track & not useable Missing vertical blinds slats Backed up disposal drain Running toilets W/D broken Missing lightbulbs Bath fans are loud & dirty. One shower faucet is like being under a fire hose. Comfy LR furniture Plenty of clean linens Bed is pretty comfy Fans are good TVs are small & a bit confusing to get going but cable & streaming selections are decent. Useable kitchen, pretty well stocked except for storage containers - there a none. Great view but right by the pool if that sort of noise bothers you. This condo is just old. Outdated, as some others have stated, is a HUGE understatement. It’s worn out & has multiple issues.
