This loft is in the heart of Portland’s historic Pearl District- footsteps to shops, restaurants, bars and parks.
The space is filled with light and has blackout shades.
Blocks from Powell’s Bookstore and the Brewery Blocks. One block from Jameson Square Park. Four blocks from Union Station, streetcar stops on the block.
The space
The space is the perfect combination of city and forest. Looking out the window, it feels like you're sleeping in a treehouse! Lovely private courtyard and secure gated building. Many high tech features including motorized blackout shades, keyless entry to building and Yale lock on door. Nest controlled heat/ac, xfinity cable, high speed wifi, two smart TVs.
This pristine contemporary loft has 17 foot ceilings that bring in ample light. Kitchen is updated w/quartz counter-tops & newer SS appliances. Hardwood floors throughout, washer/dryer & central air. Streetcar at the corner, 98 walk score and a 99 bike score.
