We are a property management company and will have limited interaction with guests. You will
have access to the Manager for emergencies or questions via email and cell phone. Cell number will be given with check-in instructions.

Enjoy the ocean views in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath darling condo. This property is in a great location in Grover Beach. Parking for one car in the garage on the first floor. As you enter the property on the 2nd floor, you will find the kitchen that has all the essential needs, dining table that seats 4 as well as the living room area with smart TV, & wifi. The bathroom, bedroom and sitting area are on the 3rd floor. The spiral staircase will take you to the rooftop deck where you can sit by the firepit and enjoy the views. Washer dryer are located in the garage.
**Must be over the age of 25 to book this property. ID is required**
