Off of the living room is a balcony (a perfect place to enjoying a morning cup of coffee). The kitchen is immaculately finished with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen has the essentials, (Keurig, microwave, fridge, oven, pots pans), any special appliances or kitchen tools you have at home that you use regularly, we suggest bringing. No smoking, no parties, NO exception. Must be 25 to rent this property.
