NEVER AGAIN!!!
Construction everywhere! 7 days from the fully refundable date(2 weeks upon arrival) we were told this was going on, had been booked for months & should've been in the description/disclosed immediately! We were told we couldn't go ON the balcony due to "some" repairs on the building, not this condo(I asked) but we could still open the windows & door. They refunded us $200 to compensate so we sucked it up bc there wasnt anything we could do by this time. 2 days prior to arrival we were told we couldn't open the balcony door/windows at all, due to scaffolding! (They had a bar across it on the outside)& workers were on our balcony! I understand thats out of their control, but waiting until last min to tell us is wrong! This complex has been undergoing construction for a while now! Only 1 of 3 pools can be used bc of it. 1 day before arriving he told us there's additional charges for parking & wristbands per person, something else that should be disclosed in the description! The owner is controlling & nitpicks everything! You can set the AC but every 2 hours the temp went back to 72° by "itself"! He says it senses you in the room but someone was always in the room and it still did it! We turned the dehumidifier off at night bc its loud, by 9AM it was back on & we didn't turn it on! Then he accused us of damaging the stove bc of a small surface scratch on the stainless steel panel & it wasn't there when we left(I took pics before checking out)then asked I pay $150+ to replace it!
