Studio apartment with Full kitchen and bath steps away from beach and boardwalk.
The space
Second floor unit facing the ocean, located in a building with other units. A few short steps and your toes can be in the sand or on the boardwalk !
Guest access
Guest enter the main entrance, each unit has a private enterance once inside the building. Patio/Grill area out back is available to all units in the building.
Other things to note
We provide one parking pass to park in the Church Street lot. The Lot is a short walk from our building. We have a loading zone in front of our building for easy loading/unloading. Street parking is resident only. Metered parking is available at the top of the street. Also 2 pay to park lots at the beginning of the street typically range from $3-$20 per day. During the off season November 1 - May 31 this unit may only be occupied by up to 3 guests. Parking during the off season is limited to 1 vehicle.
