This place met our needs, was convenient to where all the beach activities are located and also a nice restaurant up the road called Brewster. Even though, our group focused on fishing and we were gone most of the time, the designated parking was definitely a plus and real close to our room. Would definitely stay again and make use of the boat slip.

Excellent location very close to all the beaches etc I wished to visit. Excellent views with a relaxing patio overlooking the water which was relaxing. A enjoyable stay! Host & all staff were absolutely great!

The parking is a problem. The condo was ok, the king bed was turned the wrong direction so your feet hung off the end, the jetted tub made it difficult to get in and out if you just were taking a shower, it was not a "well stocked kitchen", the pool was dirty. We had a few minor issues with other guests.

First time staying at this property and it was nice for a quick stay. Love the location, right by whitecap beach and BoB Hall Pier. Very close to the bridge and a quick ride in to corpus for groceries and places to eat. The property itself was nice, a little small for 4 people. Only 1 bed room but since the property listed it could fit 5 we thought it would work. Honest option, 4 was tight, 5 would be a problem unless they were small kids. Loved that it had a small pool and the best part was the pier right outside the back door. I would say the kitchen was a little dirty but mostly just the cabinet and drawer areas. Also, we do tend to cook vs. eat out so the pots and pans as well as cooking utensils could use an upgrade. Overall, we were very pleased and it was reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend for a small group and quick stay.

Our stay couldn’t have been better! Super clean, perfect for our weekend stay. The view from the back porch was amazing! Very relaxing! It being close to Brewster Restaurant was a huge plus! Food was so good. Manager was very responsive. Will definitely be our go-to if we’ll be visiting again!

Great location!

This condo was in close proximity to White cap beach, with great fishing access! Property was clean and cozy. The host was very easy to stay on contact with!

The best Birthday getaway!

My partner and I stayed two nights at your lovely condo on the bay. I was my partner's Birthday and he has always wanted to fish under the green fishing lights, which were amazing. Everything was wonderful and we had the best time.

My wife & I stayed at this condo from August 14th-17th and it was the perfect place for us. The condo was very clean and well furnished. Bed & furniture were very comfortable and had the perfect dock for early morning or late evening fishing. The location was great very close to beach, Packery Channel jetty, close to Stripes/Larado Taco Company, Great Mexican restaurant, Pizza shop, Burger place and down the road are a couple good Seafood spots. We ARE definitely planning on booking and staying for a week around the same time next year. This is a place you definitely need to look into staying if you plan on visiting Corpus soon.

Wonderful getaway!

This condo was perfect for us! We opened the door to soft music, lights and a beautiful fragrance! While sitting in the living room, you'd think you were on a cruise ship, as the water is just a few steps away. The king size bed was awesome, and we loved the recliner so much that we ordered one for our home! Because of the ideal location, the National park, Port Aransas, Whitecap beach and great restaurants were all within minutes away. The pool, outside the front door, was clean and refreshing! The kitchen was well equipped, and even included a washer and dryer! Thank you for sharing such an amazing home with us!

The place was great with a relaxing view and convenient restaurant. There were a couple of concerns with the noisy people above us and the loud washing machine that took away at times from our relaxation. Wish the customer service would have been better. While I understand that owners may not want to overstock items, a paying customer should not have to debate if a sufficent amount of towels and 1 ply toliet paper was supplied after requests were made. We washed the towels provided and bought our own 2 ply toliet paper for our 3 night stay so we would not have to worry about rations for this condo and their other 9 condos. The outside patio furniture should be cleaned after each guest so it can be enjoyed dirt and bird poop free.

The property was spacious, right on the water and perfect closeness to the beach for us. The pool was small but clean enough. The downsides were you can hear the people above very loudly every time they walk. In the early mornings you can hear the people going up and down the stairs outside the bedroom window. It can get loud. We used a white noise machine to drown out noise. I also thought the shower was dirty and didn’t get to use the awesome jets in the tub. The jets had rust and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom. I would stay again but would request the jets be extra cleaned first and the shower curtain changed!
