Freshly remodeled South Village condo at the Resort! Enjoy summer and fall vacations in this darling 1 bed 1 bath ski side condo located in the beautiful Homestead Resort, with exterior elevated deck to enjoy the forest views while you dine and unwind. Located within walking distance to the bike trails, dining, the Village, and Lake Michigan. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, ceiling fans, washer & dryer, large walk-in shower, fireplace, A/C & Heat and carpeting. All the amenities of Glen Arbor, pickleball, tennis, wineries, dining, sand dunes, biking, kayaking, golf courses and much more just minutes away. This condo does not come with access to the pool or beach club. However, Glen Arbor is less than 2 miles away with access to Lake Michigan and the beach. Also, Old Settlers park has dock access to Glen Lake. Please note we have an outdoor camera near the front door.

Coordinating with the owner through VRBO was easy and went smoothly from start to finish of my trip. The rental property is private, nestled in the woods, stairs approaching the condo are easy to access, the interior was very clean and inviting.

We loved this condo. The bed was very comfortable, it was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved having 2 sinks in the bathroom! The washer and dryer look brand new and it was so nice to come home with clean clothes. Everything about this condo is perfect.

Up North Getaway

We loved our stay at Kassandra’s Homestead condo! It was the perfect location, super clean, cozy and quiet. Also, great bird watching from the deck. Quick drive to Glen Arbor plus hiking and biking trails right out the door. We hope to be back next summer!

Wonderful Condo

This home is light and airy. Everything is updated, warm and inviting. We loved the quiet wooded deck for morning coffee, walking to the beach and walking to pizza and beers. We would love to come back!

A gem in Glen Arbor

This one bedroom was excellent, just as described. We have stayed at 4 and 5 star properties all over the world and this one ranks with them. Immaculate clean. Very comfortable with everything one needs. Our hostess was very helpful. Wonderful location.

My new husband and I had the most WONDERFUL stay here! If I could give this place ten stars, I would. The host was so kind and gracious! The place was absolutely STUNNING and also very cleanly. We stayed six nights in total and wished we could have stayed even longer! It’s quiet and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, my husband and I slept extremely well! The little kitchenette is great too, with any cooking utensils you may need. It truly is a little paradise! Planning to book again for sure!!

What a great spot! The updated condo was sparkling clean and well appointed. Master bed was very comfortable, towels were soft and loved having a washer/dryer!! Would definitely recommend this unit!!

Darling, clean condo! Very comfortable mattress and stocked well with kitchen supplies. Accurately presented in listing. Loved the filled bird feeder to watch the birds (and squirrels) every day! Very much enjoyed this condo!

There are so many options to be outdoors - biking, pickleball, tennis, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming Lake Michigan beach, dining or sitting on the deck enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The clean air, birds and wildlife will renew your soul, and you'll fall in love with this special place.

Quiet, peaceful, wooded serenity tucked away on a hillside. Minutes by bike or car to Glen Arbor for shopping, wine, coffee, bike rental, Cherry Republic, Lake Michigan access. Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Leeland are 20-30 minutes from the condo and offer even more shopping, dining, water activities, sight-seeing, wine tours.
