This charming condo, situated amidst the woodland at The Homestead, is an excellent small getaway to experience everything in Glen Arbor. It features one bedroom and one bathroom and can accommodate up to four guests with the addition of a sleeper sofa. The condo is accessible via a wooded walkway. There are about three stairs at the start of the walkway and three to get into the condo.

The screened-in porch is perfect for unwinding with a good book and watching wildlife. The wood-burning fireplace creates a cozy ambiance when snow falls outside or on a chilly summer evening, and the wall-unit air conditioning ensures comfort on hot days.

Public access to Lake Michigan is less than two miles from the condo. The "village," with its ski hill, shops, golf course, and restaurants, is within walking distance. Additionally, it is two miles to Glen Arbor and six miles to the Sleeping Bear Dune Climb. For outdoor enthusiasts, kayaks and bikes are available for rent in Glen Arbor. Moreover, the area offers delightful shopping opportunities with its gift shops and art galleries.

Homestead Resort amenities (pool, tennis, etc.) are not included unless you book straight through the Homestead Resort. There are tennis courts in Glen Arbor.

No pets are allowed for guests per condo association rules.
