• Damage Waiver: $50 covering up to $1,500 in accidental damage for stays up to 10 nights (+$2/day after 10 nights), provided by a third-party insurance company.

• Refundable Security Deposit: $1,000 temporary hold released 7 days after checkout if no damage is reported.

To use the Resort Amenities, a pass is required for guest. There will be one pass located in the home for guests. 4 guests per pass. Please be sure to leave the pass in the home upon check out. If pass is lost or not returned to the home upon checkout, the guest will be assessed a $100 fee to replace the pass.

Note: A basic supply of linen is provided in each property. Bed linen and bath towels are not changed during your stay. The start-up set of bath soap, toilet tissue and trash bags are not replenished.
