Beautiful!

Communication with host was top notch! This little cottage was perfect for the 7 of us! Fully fully equipped with everything you need, incase you forgot something! Even slippers!!! Was maybe a 2 minute walk to the ocean, although it rained the entire time. They had plenty of games to keep us entertained. My favorite part, was as soon as I opened my eyes in the morning the was the view of the ocean, from the giant window! The hosts missed zero details designing this cottage! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Family Vacation

First time to Newport

My son and girlfriend met us in Newport for a weekend. We had a wonderful time! The house and location were lovely with too many extras to list! You thought of everything and then more! We visited several of the attractions you had suggested and found out there is so much to do there we will need to come back to see and do more! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Perfect

This house was perfect in every way. They really did think of everything and went out of their way to make sure our stay was fantastic. Communication was great from the beginning and nothing was over looked. The house was spotless, comfy and had more amenities than what is even listed. If my group ends up back in that area we will certainly be looking to stay here again.

Wonderful stay, excellent location

We had a wonderful stay at this property while visiting family for Christmas. Despite it being freezing winter we enjoyed the location close to restaurants and with views of the water. House has several fireplaces - the living room fire was super helpful in getting the house warm quickly. Everything was spotless and house was well stocked. Would recommend to anyone!

Extra attention to detail

Stacy and Mario have thought of just about every amenity and detail under the sun! Unfortunately, we didn’t spend enough time there to take advantage of everything. House and parking rules were clearly explained and easy to follow! We would definitely stay there again.

Puppy Palace

It was rated a 10 on VRBO - it was a 20 ! This place was amazing - not one detail overlooked ! Six of us came up for a wedding and this place was a home run. It was my first VRBO - the other friends had told me that this one was beyond exceptional. I could go on and on and never relate how great this property is ! While they do not allow pets, the manager/owner had named the bedroom suites after their present and past pups.

Best rental experience I’ve had

My friends and I had a weekend stay at this beautiful property. It was the best appointed house i have stayed in on vacation. The cleanliness, organization, and courtesy of the house and its owners was very evident. More comfortable than home!

We were originally booking for 3 generations of family but it ended up just my husband and me. I am so glad we were past cancellation options. This house is so well set up! I loved every decorative touch: the glass rock fireplaces for ambiance, the barn doors so room space was maximized, convenience of washer and dryer, great towels and bedding, anchors hooks and light fixtures that went with the theme, the kitchen layout, the welcome gift, the signage everywhere so helpful and so professionally done! The jars of treats, the coffee and tea bar options in the kitchen and at the second coffee station upstairs in the Roscoe Suite! I could keep going I promise! My husband loved having Alexa for weather, the coffee station, and the water filter system and countertop ice maker! It is a block to the beach! And convenient to downtown Newport! You can’t go wrong with this lovely house.

Wonderful Stay at The Morgan Cottage

Super clean, neat, very well-organized and stocked cottage right across the road from the water. We stayed for 4 days/nights and enjoyed the large, comfortable king beds with plush pillows and bedding. Large screen TVs in every room, motorized shades, a coffee/kitchen nook off the two king BRs, and very powerful AC systems made it as comfortable and convenient a stay as you could ask for. One with a highly organized system for remotes (TVs, shades, AC) to keep everything straight, too! Highly recommended

Best house I've stayed at

The property and Stacy were nothing short of amazing! We stayed here to celebrate a childhood friend's bachelorette and the house had everything we needed and more. In particular, I loved that each room had its own air conditioner and bathroom. Everything was clean and thought out. Hockey family

This was the perfect location for our family to stay . We had three hockey tournaments all within a 25-45 minute ride away snd in between games and after the games we ran right back to this beautiful home and enjoyed strolling on the beach had a delicious burger at one of the burger places right down the road from the house. The house is peaceful and decorated beautifully!! Safety cleanliness and scenic view of the ocean was what made this an absolutely outstanding location. We hope to be back this summer with more family this summer. Newport is close by. There is also a vineyard & brewery not far from the house.

Mario and I live a short 45 Minutes away in Northern Rhode Island. We previously owned another property near the beach in Narragansett for 13 years and rented it every week in the summer and in the winter to URI grad students, So we're experienced hosts and we own other investment properties. I own my own Real Estate Brokerage and Mario owns his own Appliance repair business, we we are the perfect compliment for each other! We love providing a nice, beautiful, well cared for place for people to stay. We stay in short term rentals often when we travel and hope you have an awesome experience! Even though we don't allow pets because we had some unfortunate experiences in the past, our dogs are like our children and the property is owned by and entity named after our two dogs who passed, Roscoe and Murphy and our two current dogs Carley and Riley. That is why we named the suites as we did. = - ) We are very friendly and down to earth! We won't bother you during your stay but we will be very responsive if there's anything you need!

We love that it's a quiet residential community and that we can feel part of the local culture when we transition to this being our retirement home in 5-10 years. The boat ramp at the end of the street and the beaches on either side of us are so nice in that the water is shallow so it's great for kids and in late summer it's Like bath water! We sit on our floats with a couple of beverages and just lounge. We hope to Kayak and maybe even learn to sail! It's super convenient to be able to walk to half a dozen restaurants and just soak in Mother Nature!

We raised the property up out of the flood zone and took down a tree so we have wonderful water views. The original cottage hadn't been occupied in 30 years so we gutted it to the studs and added a two story addition with each space having it's own private bath. The Decks are cantilevered because of the town restrictions for lot coverage. The tree is going to make our fireplace mantels and we're hoping to make some furniture out of it eventually as well. I love how the view from the living & dining areas coupled with the paint color makes me breath a sigh of calmness. It's such a soothing feeling.
