You and your guest will have your own entry. You will enjoy a private gated backyard with patio, surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Just steps away from the city. We are only located 5 minutes from restaurants and shops. 5 minutes from Stone Mountain park and 20 minutes from Atlanta and Ponce City Market.

THE SPACE
Guest will enjoy the entire two bedroom basement apartment. The apartment accommodates 4 adults very comfortably. However, the host will allow up to 5 guest.

BEDROOMS:
The first room has a king size bed and sleeps 2 very comfortably.
The second room has 2 double/full size beds. Each bed sleeps 1 adult very comfortably. But can sleep 2. Each bed room has a 40 inch HD Roku, smart tv.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room seats up to 5 people comfortably. The living room has a 55 inch HD Roku, smart tv.

DINING ROOM
The dining room table has seating for 4. There is additional seating at the island.

KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen boast stainless steel appliances. There are ample utensils, pots and pans, plus dishes available.
The host provides a coffee maker with complimentary coffee.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom is modern and beautifully designed, with a waterfall shower, a hand held shower spindle, and a deep soaking tub.

LAUNDRY:
The laundry room has a easy to use modern washing machine and dryer, which is stacked.

BACKYARD:
The backyard is fully gated and private for guest of the apartment. There is a furnished patio, with fire pit available.

THINGS TO NOTE: For safety and security, there are cameras on the outside of the property. There are no cameras located inside of the apartment.
All tv’s are Roku app enabled. It is recommended that guest have their own subscriptions to log into the apps. There are a few free local apps, guest can log into. Host provides free Wi-Fi.
This well-appointed, stylish, comfortable apartment, is located in the basement of an occupied home. This apartment is separate from the house. However, There maybe times when you can hear the occupants upstairs. The host has taken that into consideration and lowered the booking price. Please contact the host if you should have any questions or concerns.
GUEST ACCESS
This is NOT a shared space. You and your guests will have access to the entire 2 bedroom apartment. This apartment is for guests only. No one else will have access to the apartment during your stay.
