The Space:

Welcome to our breathtaking 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo that is centrally located in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island! Positioned in the beautiful Captain’s Cove complex, our condo offers a relaxing coastal retreat just steps from the beach. With an open concept and a relaxing atmosphere, it's the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy island life. Enjoy the lagoon and Lowcountry nature such as deer and bird watching from either the Carolina room or the back deck for slow mornings or evenings.



You will be provided with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that comfortably seats 8, giving the whole crew plenty of space to enjoy delicious meals together. There are four coastal bedrooms to ensure that everyone has a comfortable place to relax at night. You will delight in a primary bedroom with a king size bed and in-suite bathroom on the main floor alongside another bedroom downstairs with 2 twin beds, and two private bedrooms upstairs (one is a king, and the other has 2 twins) with a sitting area for kids to enjoy playing and reading. With three bathrooms, getting ready for a day at the beach is a breeze! There is also space to sleep 2 additional guests in the Carolina room on the sleeper couch.



As our guest, you will have access to spectacular resort amenities like golf, tennis, pickleball, bikes, kayak and canoe rentals, and fishing (all are an extra fee) - all perfect for staying active and having a blast together! When you are ready to see the beach, it's just a short two-minute walk away, offering endless opportunities for sunbathing, water sports, and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. You will have access to the pool at Captain's Walk on the beach directly across the street. *Please note the pool is heated March 1-April 30, October 1-November 30 **Complex Pool is open March 1st - November 30th and is subject to change without notice and are beyond our control. The pool is closed in the winter but you are still able to lay out on the pool furniture if you desire. The kids pool is open April 1st - September 30th. Facilities are available at the pool and food and drinks are available at the Dune's House which is a five minute walk down the beach.

Other Things to Note:

493 Captain's Cove Cancellation Policy: Should you decide to cancel your villa reservation more than 30 days before your planned arrival, a 5% forfeiture will apply when using a credit card with VRBO, Direct or Booking.com. Cancellations made between 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days or less of your scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire rental amount.



Refunds will not be provided for early checkouts, no-shows, or instances of inclement weather. It is advisable to consider purchasing travel insurance.
