This home boasts a beautiful open floor plan with LPV flooring, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. It is located in Ocala Park Estates. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, and a large dining room table with seating for 6. This home also features a large fully fenced back yard with a beautiful private feel. There is a propane grill for outdoor cooking and entertaining. The home is furnished with our guests comfort in mind. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials.

Feel free to use the propane barbecue grill outside. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean.

Although there may be a small initial supply upon your arrival, toilet paper and paper towels are not provided. Guests will need to purchase these supplies.

Garbage: Place all garbage in garbage bags and in the provided garbage can. The garbage will be picked up twice per week on Mondays and Thursdays. They come early, so please bring the can out the night before.

To ensure guests safety, all handles and outlets are disinfected between stays. All linens, bedding, and mats are laundered between guests.

Check in: Key-less entry with door code.

Check out: Please leave beds un-made. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Put all dirty towels in a pile in the tub/shower in the bathrooms. If the cleaning crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, a $100 additional cleaning fee will be charged. We personally inspect the house between each guest visit to ensure that the house is perfect for the next arriving guests.

Quiet hours between 10 PM and 6 AM.

In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. Prior approval and amendment of the number of guests is required. Breaking this rule will lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund and a charge of $50.00 per night per guest over the number of guests booked on the reservation. We greatly appreciate your honesty in this matter so we can prepare the home to the best of our ability for each guest!

Please respect our neighbors by not being loud or littering outside the home.

We have a strict 'No Smoking in the house' policy. You are welcome to smoke in the front or back yard. We ask that you do not put butts in the yard. A $200.00/day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered in the house after guests check out.

A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (dogs and cats only) if the pet deposit(s) have been made during the reservation booking.

$100 unauthorized late check out fee for each hour any guest in your group occupies the house past the check out time. We have cleaning staff on a schedule to arrive promptly at check out time.
