Paradise

Absolutely wonderful! Clean, new home with optimal indoor/ outdoor space. Open concept, large, well stocked kitchen. Gorgeous gardens and pool, genius idea to have the poolside bathroom and outdoor shower. Laundry room, ample towels and very comfortable beds. 7 mins walk to Playa Pelada and just over the hill to Playa Guiones for epic surf and sunsets.

Great rental for young children

Our group was a multigenerational family with grandparents, adults and young children. The pool was perfect for the four year old. Shallow enough for him to stand and the deep end great for adults. The wading pool was perfect for the two year old. Whoever designed this property understands families. The table on the patio is huge - easily seating 10 people. It was also great for coloring and games. The layout of the house was perfect for us. A downstairs bedroom for grandparents, upstairs for parents, kids and uncle. The staff at Rent Nosara were very responsive and helpful. The four year old has announced he is returning next year. I hope we can make that happen.

Very beautiful house and garden

The house and gardens were beautiful. There was a locked gate to our driveway and the house had security system. We enjoyed the pool and lounge areas. It was wonderful to still be able to sit outside even during rain because all the outdoor area is covered. Great for shade as well. Many Butterflies and Hummingbirds all around the garden. An impressive iguana lived there also! He kept to himself but, he made several appearances. The kitchen had all that we needed. It was a great space for our family. Close to the beach. We enjoyed delicious breakfast and coffee at “Sunrise Coffee” just down the street. We had a really reliable, friendly Tuk Tuk driver - Steven, and also a great car service “Black Car” that we used for transportation as well. Only negative- The towels were stained and the sofa as well.

Exactly as advertised and more

No surprises with this beautiful property that weren’t delightful. The house itself is stunning, brand new, extremely comfortable, and in a nice location. The check in process was simple enough, the house was fully stocked with plenty of towels for both pool/beach and bathing. All the amenities were of high quality. The staff at Rent Nosara were extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating. They helped with arranging transportation when needed, maintenance requests and general inquiries in a timely fashion. The location was great if you wanted to have options but not necessarily be in the heart of Guiones. Rosi’s Soda Tica was immediately next door and the best authentic local fare around. Sunrise Coffee was a short walk and our absolute favorite place to eat and get coffee. And Playa Pelada was stunning - a perfect place to watch sunsets and explore - and about a 10 minute walk. The Cali Bike business is also next door where we rented e-bikes that everyone just loved! There is a main gate at the road that needs to be opened and closed/locked when coming and going that can be cumbersome but didn’t deter from our enjoyment. All in all a wonderful vacation and would definitely return!
