Built in the late 1800s and thoughtfully updated with modern comforts, our spacious home offers the perfect blend of history, character, and convenience for families, friends, military families, business travelers, and vacationers.

Plenty of Room for Everyone

With five bedrooms, two full bathrooms, spacious gathering areas, and parking for up to five vehicles, everyone has room to spread out and relax.

• 1 bedroom on the first floor (ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs)

• 3 bedrooms on the second floor

• 1 finished attic bedroom on the third floor

The large living room and dining room make it easy for everyone to gather while still providing plenty of personal space.

One of our guests' favorite features is the oversized front porch.

Our sailing team of 8 loved staying here! There was room for each of us to have our own bed and the 3 bathrooms meant there was always one available. The back porch was perfect for dining and hanging out together. Antoinette truly thought of every detail when provisioning the house.

We were in town for a family reunion and the location was great just a 10 minute drive to our venue; as well as the house being in walking distance of restaurants and museums. The house was spacious with plenty of room for the family and the backyard was nice. Spent time under the gazebo by the lake. The host was also great very responsive to our few requests. We would definitely stay again.

Great Victorian house!

Plenty of room for our large group! Spacious and well decorated with every amenity we might need. Host was very communicative and house felt comfortable and secure. Will stay there again next year!

Amazing family weekend

We had a great stay. We meet family and had kids from 3 mo to 14 years old and there was plenty of room for everyone. The fenced in back yard was great for all the kids to play in ... while planning the trip I text and callinged Antoinette several times she was so friendly and helpful she even sent us some listings of things to do there. We will absolutely be staying there again at our next visit!!!

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT FOR WEDDING ACCOMODATIONS IN HISTORIC DOWNTOWN HAMPTON

This place is NOSTALIC yet MODERN!!! A beautiful 3000 sq ft Victorian home with all the modern amenities of today. The following is a only a few items of a long list that impressed us and our staying guests about this beautiful home. 1) WALKING DISTANCE (0.34 miles-approximately 5-10 mins) to our daughter's wedding at the Historic Hampton Post Office and our other guests staying at The Landing; as well as the many entertainment and restaurants in Historic Downtown Hampton. 2) A security alarm system (if you decide to use it) We didn't use it during our stay. We felt very safe throughout our stay and the front door was always open when we were there. 3) There was plenty of room to support 10 people. 4) A modern TWO-ZONE HVAC system. Our daughter's wedding was in February and the HVAC system worked very well; giving us a comfortable and cozy environment. 5) Large flat screen TVs in each bedroom. 6) Too many things to list here but wanted to re-iterate that this beautiful nostalgic Victorian home is within WALKING DISTANCE to everything for our daughter's wedding.
