LIVING ROOM: Spacious with ample seating, a 65" 4K HDTV and plenty of board games to relax after a long day at the beach.

KITCHEN: Fully-stocked featuring air fryer, Nutri-Bullet smoothie maker, French press, dual coffee maker with supply of K-cups + Starbucks ground coffee, Tazo teas, creamer/sugar/Stevia, and plenty of cookware.

DINING ROOM: Beautiful dining room with a Restoration Hardware 10-person dining table, perfect for gathering over a meal or cocktails.

BACKYARD: You'll love the big fenced-in backyard featuring a 4-burner Char-Broil BBQ grill, fire pit, premium Polywood furniture, and café string lights overhead, perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining.

BEDROOMS: 4 bedrooms upstairs, all equipped with 40” 4K HDTVs, ample closets, and dressers. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a king bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen beds. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. Comfortably sleeps 10 adults—no need for air mattresses or sofa beds!

BATHROOMS: 2.5 newly renovated bathrooms, each stocked with a blowdryer and Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. One full bath is an en-suite. The other full bath features a double sink vanity.

BEACH: Just 1 mile from Sandy Hook and Sea Bright ocean beaches (a 15 min walk or a 5 min bike ride). Only a few blocks from the Highlands local bay beaches such as Miller Street beach, Snug Harbor beach and the Sandbox. House is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach, including Sandy Hook beach passes, plenty of beach chairs and towels, insulated cooler + Yeti-style tumblers, and 4 beach cruiser bikes.

DOWNTOWN LIVING: Centrally located right in the heart of town! Walk a few blocks to get your morning coffee and crumb cake at Bay Ave Bakery, grab a waterfront dinner at The Proving Ground, or live music and a nightcap at the lively Chubby Pickle, all located a 5-minute walk away.
