This is a newly remodeled home with all new decor, fully equipped kitchen, large deck, grill and fire pit, large private yard, TV in the master bedroom, workspace and WiFi. Excellent! We had a fantastic stay during the baseball regional held at UGA and would highly recommend this property. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was great, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Very responsive Host. Answered all of our questions quickly. Check in process was easy, even with a late arrival on a Sunday. Location was great. Really enjoyed our stay!

Our host welcomed us and checked in to make sure we were settled. Everything was perfect, down to our three-deer welcoming party. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, nicely decorated and the layout was convenient for visiting. The beds were comfortable. We used the grill and ate in which was perfect for our family weekend. I would definitely stay there again.

The home has been newly renovated. Clean, bright, all the amenities. We were visiting UGA and were able to easily get around and used Uber to and from the football game with ease. The owner was wonderful.

Great place and host!

This house was perfect for our stay in Athens. Its proximity to UGA is exactly what we needed as we came for the ASCE Southeast Symposium. Our host Bart recommended places to eat and was quick to respond when we had a question! Highly recommend this house should your travels bring you Athens.

Meeting the future in laws
