この施設について

Gulf Crest has two very large pools (one heated year round), two outdoor heated Jacuzzi tubs, a kiddie pool area, a fitness room and a game room with video arcades. There are two pool-side gazebos and chaise lounges and chairs surround the pool deck.

We are located on the prestigious Thomas Drive & Joan Avenue which is far less congested than Frontage Road and with easy access to anywhere on Panama City Beach. There are numerous outstanding restaurants, mini golf, go-carts, bumper boats and shopping with in walking distance. Super Wal-Mart is only one mile away. This condo is the best location on Panama City Beach! Call to reserve your spot now!

There is a $50 registration fee per condo for parking passes and arm bands

An absolutely beautiful room and view

We reserved this condo for spring break 2024. The condo was so beautiful and clean, and the view is gorgeous! The owner was attentive and very helpful throughout the reservation and check in process. I would highly recommend this property!

Amazing stay

We stay at Gulfcrest every year for spring break. This condo was great. Furniture was comfortable and enough for 5 to be comfortable. Only suggestion, I would love to see loungers outside on the balcony so I could take a nap out there. Paula was great to work with.

Relaxing Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. Room was clean and spacious. Loved the decor and the fact that our room had a Keurig. Location of the property was close to restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. Paula is a delight to work with. The ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator was not working but that did not interfere with our stay. We will be back in 2 months and can't wait!

Wonderful stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo. Modern,spacious, clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated. Large balcony. Good communication with owner and even the building manager people were friendly unlike some places that don't seem to want to deal with guests.
