When you book this breezy home away from home, you are granted access to fantastic community amenities, including an outdoor pool (perfect for a refreshing dip after a day at the beach), a workout facility, a business center, and a boardwalk with sound/kayak access.

This multi-level home features four well-appointed floors. The basement level features an inviting seating area with a sofa bed, plenty of children-friendly games, a smart TV with streaming and cable, and direct access to a private patio. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, one of them being a primary suite. This suite enjoys a smart TV, an en suite bathroom, and access to a sunny deck. The second guest bedroom features a smart TV and deck access as well. Another flight of stairs will lead you to the main living space located on the third floor. This open-concept area has access to a furnished deck. Surprise your loved ones with delicious homemade meals and snacks thanks to the well-appointed kitchen. When mealtime is over, curl up on your favorite sofa and watch a favorite show or movie on the smart TV. And last, but certainly not least, the fourth level has a primary suite that encompasses the entire floor. The suite offers a cozy seating nook, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom. Occupancy is limited to six people as per Dare County septic regulations.
Pack N' Play, high chair, toddler bumpers, baby walker, and kids' toys are provided.
Community pools are typically available for guest use from Memorial Day through Labor Day and are subject to close without notice.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
